I don't mind RWT who sell gold.. but I don't like the ones that encourage gambling to obtain it, and i don't like that the gold has value.

I think jagex is being careful enough about EoC.. now as for micro transactions....... That is a whole other gamble.

this video has tons of solid information and a wave by wave breakdown, and even lists welfare gear and how to upgrade based on various things you might have. You don't need gano but it would be helpful. Obviously virtus helps but isn't necessary. Personally I would save darts, because they won't help you much if you mess up.

You can buy some from the jatizso shop, it takes a bit but you can get I think 500 per day on the cheap. If you don't need that many.

Wrong. You can't prove something true by observation. You can prove true using other forms of proof (take for example math and abstractions) However, science cannot prove true, science can only discover false and create models which fit all current observations. The models are never proven as a perfect match for reality but they are refined over time. Inductive proof by observation does not work. Deductive proof by logic works for some types of problem realms (math, comp-sci models etc)

It's bad because it treats skills unfairly. Summoning gets 30x overall rate, while prayer gets less than 1x overall rate. If it were fair between skills that'd be a bit different. It is also bad because the game *is* partially a competition, even if you don't actively participate in it, and you end up drastically altering the amount of work required for the lucky people who are prepared. I don't like providing that much of a drastic opportunity that is easy to miss out on. It doesn't destroy the game, and we'll get over it. But it isn't necessarily the best design.

Do queen for first kill if you want the journal, but do nex otherwise. drop chance is waaay better (and overall drops are worth more)

Agreed. Skills like summoning really get messed up since you frontload all the time.

Bots make resources cheaper, at the expense of reducing the earned value of money methods, so that you need to work more because you can't sell your items for the value that they would be worth. Bots also compete in many of the spots that would otherwise enable legitimate players to compete in those arenas.

That is only true if you had half the charms for 99 already. Also, waiting 6months/1year/forever till next event that is double xp is hardly the way to play.

Might be tomorrow. They've lately been consistent about releasing on Tuesday but there have in the past been many releases on Wednesday also. At [qfc]16-17-50-64043008[/qfc] Mod Emilee said the current plan is the 17th :)

Removing free-trade does not solve bots at all. You cannot remove free trade without creating junk-trading where you have items of perceived lowvalue that have been gamed in the ge. A stronger system for trade restriction might be made, but there were always some method of transferring. Also items which had a high street value but low ge value were common and those items tended towards being sold for GP + cash. Also, it does nothing to stop the first type of bot which is also subtly detrimental to the community and the competition among players.

gano+polypore for sure. If you have trouble prayer switching, you can stock up on as much damage soak% for mage as you can and then protect range and soak the damage, but that will be tricky if you don't have the eagle eye kite shield. Oh, use vecna skull for boost if you don't have extreme mages

I'd suggest maybe ganodermic + neiz helm, that's what I did. And be prepared early on during the super aggressive time that they might hit you pretty hard. I'd think void is better for accuracy + dmg boost though. If you're on task definitely fsh + gano. :)
