ZMI vs. Astrals
ZMI is the fastest RC exp in the game ATM. If I am not mistaken. I have heard upward of 75k exp/hour. I don't know the method but I heard it is the fastest many many times.

is there a quick way 2 raise fletchinfmand wc at same time?
Uhh I guess Willows are more for WCin and Fletching. Maples would be better for FM'in. Also at 70 fletch yew longbows are the only way to go. Don't string willow longs either just sell then to the General Store.

willows till 75 ish wc then maples? Other than that I don't see anything else being worth while

Ranged 75-85
Then you don't really have to many options. 2 weeks isn't bad either. That really is the fastest I can see you getting 85 range in a short period of time. And its cheap at that. I'd say you take that method and use it until you hit 85. If money wasn't a problem I would of said chins at ape atoll but its really not worth it until the high 80's and low 90's to train that way.

You are asking alot then... is price a factor in that case??

Fastest way to get 35m.
Let me be the first to say STOP generalizing the GE with price drops. If anything the GE was a sign from god for people who barrow. The GE + GWD = all barrow prices rising slightly. Not to mention the near 1m rise in price of Guthans Sets. I merched barrows before the GE was released and a bit after it was released I think I would know a thing or 2 about the prices. The only 2 that haven't seem to have risen or fallen more than they were are DH and Torags. Ah has gone back up the the price for full N/S it was before (1.5m) and Guthans has jumped by hundreds of thousands.(from 6.5 easy to 7.2 with patience.) As well as the spear going up 1.3m in price. You could get a spear for 4.2 before now it can cost upwards of 5.5m! So just because GE made prices fall on some items doesn't mean it affected all items. Stop saying that it has. :x ... ugggh  -------- Anyways on topic. I find that with the way you judge things 35m and fast won't be in the same sentence together unless you are saying "Darn its hard to get 35m fast" RC'in is always a good option. I can now buy more things than I could before due to rc'in. Its not the fastest money but its the best money making skill in the game hands down. I am pretty sure its the only skill in the game that can come with a guarenteed phat. (and thats at lvl 91 not even 99.) Since you don't like rcin the only other way to make good money these days is Monster hunting. DK's seems to be more popular now since the price in d axes has jumped up near 1m more than it was before. Probably due to more people wanting to WC since bots are lessened. If you don't want to do that then Barrows is really your only other "fast" option. Gathering skills arn't fast and hunting can be good money/exp even when crowded. (thats red chins I'm talking about) but the money doesn't really start to roll in until level 80+ due to the speed at which you catch chins. --------- In short I believe the best way to get a certain amount of money is not to think about it. I made 10m for the first time without even noticing. It just happened. The same when I first broke 30m and 35m for the first time (coincidence in the case of this post) I just didn't pay attention and it worked itself out. But if you are determined enough you have 3 options for "fast" or Consistent ways to make some money. RC'in (most consistent way to guaranteed money) DK's (less consistent but definatly faster to 'luckier' players) Barrows (less profitable than DK's but everything is profit there if you do it properly and its pretty consistent since you get rune drops every run.) [A few friends of mine got BGS's through barrowing.] You could also try GWD but I don't know your stats. I don't click side bars to see stats. If you want help you should take initiative to post them yourself  (*hint hint* )

65 to 70 attack quickest way?
fastest would be experiments or rock crabs. I can tell you countless numbers of people trained to 70 att for whip at rock crabs. I was one of them. But for a slower but more reqarding alternitive to that I would say slayer is the way to go.

How should my character evolve?
Honestly, #3 is the way to go. Why restrict yourself from certain areas of the game? If you want to do combat, do combat! The point of being a lvl 3 skiller is not because people hate combat training, but because they want "popularity" or "fame".. I mean the game is pretty much combat based. You can't say its not. Just because there are more non-combat stats than there are actual combats. Near every stat in a way relates to cmb. I mean they show combat levels not total levels. Meh, maybe thats just my opinion.. ------- In short train whatever you want. Low combat and high total will do what for your enjoyment of the game?

Which Godsword?
I think you may be over exaggerating when you say 100m in no time. Considering you'd be buying d arrow tips in the teens to 20's per trade unless you get someone who has been saving up and has 100 or so. There arn't alot of dragon imps being caught either that I hear of. Yes there are "companies" where people have scouts but they catch about what 18-20 a week if they have good/lucky scouts. How many of those will be d arrow tips? 2 or 3? Plus you make what about a 1k-2k profit per arrow? Thats 50k-100k arrows needed for 100m profit. Yea I don't see a fast way to buy 100k or even 50k d arrow tips. I'd say hardly a "great" money maker. Maybe something to do in spare time but nothing more. --------- Get a BGS it is your best bet against KQ. If you RC it will take awhile but its worth it. You could also do DK trips. A mixture of both is what I find to be suitable. I usually RC till I have to recharge my glories then do some kind of monster hunting for an hour then go back to RC'in. I usually do mith drags, yes I said they arn't profitable, but they are something to enjoy and really the only thing I can solo without risking death or having to learn something new.

ranged method to kill black dragons?
I would say don't waste your diamond (e) on black dragons. I used Mith (e) and it only took 2-3 mins per kill at 81 range. You can either use mith (e) or addy (not enchanted) and kill them pretty efficiently.
-
Which Godsword?
Honestly Mith Dragons are bad money makers. Unless you get lucky they only have really 3 profitable drops. - chewed bones are nice to have but the drops you get from it are random. I've gotten 9 death runes before... - ancient pages are a valued drop but not profitable. - then the only other 2 profitable drops are DFH and Vissages. --------- I would suggest barrows for a GS. Barrows prices have risen slightly, especially guthans. When u get tired of barrows then RC like I am. I'd suggest deaths or laws.

Can I make money?
I can only get two for now, three at fifty, and all four at 75... I know but it helps to have all 4 so when you reach those levels you won't have to spend time in the abyss again trying to get them. Its pure rcin.
-
20k exp lamp?
Exactly. Its only hard if you don't know how to make money or you keep burying reg bones for exp  ---- I say farming. The stat is long to train takes time a boost in 20k exp is very helpful. If you enjoy farming then agil or herby are other good choices. Other than those 3 I would say its a waste to use on anything else.
-
Can I make money?
Well, how would I go about doing this? Two charges per inventory or one? To get 44 do this get some dueling rings and regular ess. Load up on ess duel tele to al k duel areana, exit the fence, run north enter the alter and make fires. Duel tele to c wars bank and repeat. Next get access to the abyss. Secondly before even nat craftin you have to go to the abyss with melee armor and get yourself all 4 pouches. Buying 10-15 glories will keep u busy for an hour or 2 before you gotta recharge again. Once you do that then you're ready to start craftin.

99 skill Vs Boredom
Honestly if you want a 99 that bad get a cooking cape. That way you get to experience what 99 is really like. Sure over 30k people have one. Its understandable if you don't want one, but you can still wear it with pride as you got 99 in it. Anyone who says that its not respected is probably just jelous because they can't afford to get a cooking cape. As for 99 Thieving the only way to get it in 2 weeks is PP. So you just gotta keep with that and if you really really want 99 then you will get it and not be bored. Just think of your goal while training. "You want 99". "How that skill cape will look great on you" things like that to keep yourself motivated and not bored. Also join the "Blogscape" chat and talk to Tip.Iters. They keep me entertained while I RC and I have been able to get over 13 rcin lvls. Plus you can make some good friends. Watch out for Jordan though... hes the sarcasm kingv

Anyone wanna take a guess on...
I did experiments till 70 range. After that I did blues till 73 or so but they were bad exp I was there for money. Fire giants are my favorite but I did them up to 88 with a Bone Cbow. Since they slowed the bone bow down I hear its terrible exp now. You can try iron knives at Fire giants under the waterfall though. They still probably hit good. Plus you will make a profit from rune arrows and alchables.

Monkey madness
Lol in the time you spent here asking these questions you could of been half way through the quest or if you are on the demon part killed it 5 times already  Blue d'hide is fine, now get out there and kill that darned demon.
-
Anyone wanna take a guess on...
I am no good with these kinds of things but I can give you a suggestion of my own. How about buy 10k and then see how far that gets you then try to determine how many more it would take.

NEed someone with armour stand - repair barrow stuff
You can always try the RSOF. I am sure someone with an open alter would also have an armor stand in their house.

99 skill Vs Boredom
The only way I can see to kill boredom in your case is to take breaks often but not for long. Every thieving level you get take a break and do something new. Maybe try something you never tried before. You seem to be in a bored state. I use to get these all the time where I just can't do anything without getting bored. You just have to find something to do that you don't get bored no matter what. If it is a skill then train it until you finally max it out. Its not really a bored problem as it is a motivation problem. You think you want something but you dont have that "umpff" or that urgency to get it so you feel like its boring you.

Monkey madness
If your not using iron knives then use mith arrows or higher.

What to fletch? (getting 99 help)
There is a slight problem with that, everything in the GE has a minumum that the market price can drop to (both the minumum available price and the 'Market Price' will be the same), designed to stop there from being a sudden market crash and to stop the GE from affecting prices too much. Unfortunatly the minumum market price of yew longbows is set at 704gp. Alcher don't want to buy at 704 gp , so I'm STILL stuck. *groan* You can still sell on the forums for a reasonable price that alchers are looking for. At least until January. Also, you could just alch them yourself OR My favorite trade longs for supplies + cash (10-20k should do) ----------- I did yew longs to 96 and then gave up on fletching.. meh. However if you just trade your longs for their supplies you get fast trades and fast exp. Screw mage longs man they suck if you try to sell them. Maybe if you were going to alch them they would be worth it, you would be getting like 30 gp profit per alch. Again yew bows then trading for supplies is best.
-
Good Call?
If bandos is your main way of making money than it was the best option you had. You have to spend money to make money. However, maybe you could buy your supplies in less bulk. Like how many supplies you would need for 30 trips. Then buy that. Supplies get low, buy enough for another 30 trips. That way you are always getting the best price on things. It could back-fire if prices go up after the first time you buy, but if they go down then you spent unnecessary money too. Its up to you, but if bandos is what you do all the time, then it was a good move IMO.

Monkey madness
I'm ranged 56 :P Just 1 pray pot ??? (my prayer is 46) I'd say at most 3 or 4. 10 is kind of overkill. Also if you are praying why do you need food? :-w Try selling some p pots and buy 1 range potion (3) that would help you kill faster too.

18M - Dragon Bones Has Gone Up ....Just my luck....
That's what i wanna do too, but dude. I wanna waste mostly on Prayer, but i cant cause the price of D bones is sky high.. So annoyed...Guess i am forced to have the cash in my darn bank. You are very right though, i should buy dfs when i got around 4m over dfs price. THANKS, AS MUCH AS I WANT TO SPEND CASH ON PRAYER I FIND IT BEST TO BUY A DFS. 2.1K - 2.3K PER D BONE, IS BS. ' If you wanted prayer levels that badly you could try killing your own green drags for bones :-# .... I mean it will take awhile to even get enough bones for 75 prayer but if you don't want to spend to much money thats really your only choice. You could alway either bury the bones there (not suggested it'd take like 4 times as many kills for 1 pray lvl) or you could keep 4 hides per trip then when you finally have all the bones you want/need you will probably have 400+ green d hides which could make you a decent profit too. ---- Just a suggestion and it would take some time but it would also help you in training that attack to 99 like you were thinking of doing before
