  1. ~It's tied for #3 easiest, with Fishing, in my books (only Fletching and Cooking are easier.) Try Untrimmed Construction (points to my stats) or Untrimmed Slayer (points to "Slayerbelle"'s stats) and then think again =S.~ ~More on topic --> Teaks at Tai Bwo Wannai.~ Are you kidding me? Untrimmed construction? Your bragging about that? Construction only cost a lot if you get the money it is one of the easiest skills to level. You can just buy your way through 99 con. The fact its untrimmed is worse, means its your only 99...sry you...fail. M8, your highest stat is 76 and its a skill that costs no money at all. So for him to have a 99 that cost 80m+ is more than you can say. Also, expensive "buyable" skills are more revered than "skill and chill" stats. So 99 con, pray, herby and smithing are more respected than 99 fishing and woodcutting. Also if you want to get technical all the stat in the game are easy. Some just take more time and effort than others. They all, however, require you to complete repetitive tasks over and over again.
  2. First off maging them is a waste. Dont waste your runes. --- Secondly, those are poor stats to kill fire giants with for a profit. At 70 range is ususally when I suggest to kill fires with range. And 90 combat is usually a good level to start killing fires at. Thats like 70 def and 75+ att/str. (I said it with a lower def cus that what most people in RS have) ---- As for places its simple. For using guthans, the Brimhaven Fires are probably the best (with the exception of the wild dogs) but I prefer the waterfall fires for using guthans to train anyways. For ranging the Waterfall is definatly the place to kill them. Complete the Waterfall quest to gain access to the Waterfall fires.
  3. About, I dunno somewhere around 100% easier and cheaper to boot. I would say just train your combat stats with slayer. It is always a good choice, you always profit from slayer (unless your luck is absolutely horrid) and having a higher combat level always opens up more things later in the game. Now I am not saying go for 126 combat but getting all combat stats (minus prayer) to 80+ is always a good thing to have. Range is not necesarily harder to get to 99 but it is the longest of the combat stats. Mage can cost you some money. It cost me somewhere around 8m from 83-88. So from 88-99 would be, obviously more than 8m unless you find a way to get a profit from alching. ---- It seems like your dead set on getting something to 99. My suggestion to you is not to rush a 99 just play the game and when you finally decide there is a stat that you can train daily without getting bored thats the one to try for 99 in.
  4. Cannonballs would help your smithing out faster I believe since you make steel bars + cballs and you will make more money this way as well. Iron knives will make your mining go up faster since its faster to mine iron than both iron and coal.
  5. Dharok'ing can double that. I was thinking of that too. Even Dharoking at fire giants in the smokey well can get you about what 80k exp per hour minimal.
  6. Aww well, I was looking for one. Thanks for the tip, should I edit out the post you think? No need to edit your post it doesn't have anything against the rules in it. I asked this question like last month so thats how I know you can get reported (on tip.it) for mentioning the name.
  7. The best person to solo use to be the zammy boss, however that was only becuse there was a glitch where if you could protect from melee and only be hit by the melee "follower" and the Big boss. Unfortunatly they fixed that little bug so now there is no safe spot. Which makes zammy, IMO, harder than Bandos. Armadyl would be the easiest to solo at 99 range and 85+ def with a decent pray lvl (70+ Id say) So if you have 99 range, 85+ def and 70+ prayer then by all means head to Armadyl and get the most expensive hilt in the game. --- Seeing as how you do NOT like to team with people I would have to say, Sorry GWD is just not for you. It was introduced to encourage teamwork. Thats just how it is. If you want to solo, you can solo mage at Dag Kings which is still decent profit, especially since the price of D wc's has jumped up and Rex (the guy you will be solo maging) Can drop Zerker and Warrior rings which are pretty pricey as well. Its no GWD but its worth a try.
  8. Wildy as about as harmful as a 90 year old woman (no offense to females they are generally less harmful than males however) I am yet to get hit by a revant while rcin and if something does actually get the chance to att me its spell splashes.. GF noob revants. Maybe if you wander aimlessly around lvl 50+ wild then yea its dangerous but for rcin I would have to say no. And if you are killing green drags and there are a bunch of people around I would have to say it is safe too.
  9. There is such a site, however it is against the rules. In fact mentioning the name here can get you reported.(to tip.it mods not jagex duhh :-w ) Sorry m8.
  10. I was under the impression that 99 con costs 80m not 130m... :-# Ah well. When you can make oak doors, by the way, its suggested that you do that instead of larders. Oak doors arn't until the 70's anyways(74 if I remember right) ---- As for getting the 130m, I don't know your stats but you can do 1 of 2 things. 1- Runecraft- Laws, Deaths or Nats. (If laws use the balloons fastest way I hear) ---Pro: Its consistent money. Never depends on luck or skills (except rcin of course) ---Con: Slower way to gain money. Possible death if rcin through the abyss. or 2- Monster Hunting- DK's and GWD seem to be the main two these days. (maybe mith dragons if you have nice def, prayer and 88+ range.) ---Pro: Faster money, if your lucky. ---Con: Requires decent combat stats and lots of luck.
  11. So your asking for a link to a thread that contains many bank pics. Sounds like you need help to me, proper forum : Sorry I couldn't help you more but what exactly kind of setup are you looking for?? I can post my first few item rows to give you an idea. I have an organized bank up till the 2/3's point then its randomly used and last used items.
  12. 1- Sure you can use your own p pots. 2- No its actually very very difficult to solo bandos even at 126 combat.. maybe at 138 when summoning comes out :-# who knows. 3- You always kill the general or main boss first then kill his sergeants or generals after you finish him off. ----- A small note: The reason it is so hard to solo is because his defence is pretty decent and his range attack hits pretty hard from time to time. 3-4 range attacks in a row can actually KO you, which doesn't sound like its hard to avoid (and it isnt when you get use to it) but when its your first time, those jitters can kill you... literally :? Plus the manger ad range "followers"(smaller guys in the room) can hit pretty hard too. For your first time I would say get a team of 4-5 people together so you can get the hang of what to do and how to do it. Then as your stats and experience increase you can slowly lower the amount of ppl to 3. Which is IMO the best number to have. Duo wouldn't be bad, I guess, but the players would have to be like 120+ to do anything effectively.
  13. Lol if you only want 50k exp an hour you can go to experiments. You can get 45-65k exp an hour there. That is with combat pots or regular att/str pots to increase exp/hour. If you have guthans then you can camp at a number of places. Fire Giants (my favorite), daggs under the light house or bandits. No guthans no problem. With bones to peaches you can camp dusties for years with enough runes.(not sure if you have the slayer lvl for it yet though.
  14. Oo, is there some sort of way to bring a weapon onto the island? Other than fletching your own bow and arrows no. But unicorns have what 7 hp so a kill without a weap wont take long at all.
  15. Yea thats where I went once and filled up on unicorn horns rediculously fast. You can always just go south of Varrock East mining area where the 2 unicorns and the bear spawn. It takes longer but its less dangerous by far. EDIT: A bit more info on the spot in wildy, its north of Varrock so to the eastern'ish side of wild. I would say go to inn thats at the edge of wildy and north of Varrock (the name slips my mind ATM, I am thinking Blue Moon in or Something Boar Inn.) Its next to the saw mill. Once there jump the ditch and walk north. As julius said its near the teleport thingy :
  16. Hunt birds until you can do tracking. Do tracking until you can hunt green salamanders. Do green salamanders until you can do falconry. Keep with falconry until you can do orange salamanders. Do orange salamanders until you can do red salamanders. Do red salamanders until you can hunt red chins. Do red chins from 63-99. That the basic steps I went through. I am unsure of the exact levels but it was on a guide. I don't thing it was a AOW guide but it was on this site I believe. Use the search feature of the forums and copy and paste this: +hunter +guide Now that I think about it the guide was called 1-99 hunter in 2 weeks. Something like that.
  17. Balloons are faster, safer, and easier. Laws in the abyss means no pickaxe or dhide. At his combat there is nothing in wildy than can touch him anyway with the exception of demons (lvl 90) and I have only seen them once every 10 or so hours  However, if it is faster, then by all means do the quest and get that 10k laws crafted.
  18. Well if you are 63 hunter now, playing 6-10(wowies 10) hours a day you can probably get 99 in a month maybe less doing red chins. :-# At 4-6 hours it would probably take a month and a half to two months. It more depends on how much of those hours will you be concentrating and catching the max amount of chins you can. It is very easy to get side tracked when they arn't touching your traps... hence the reason why I am only 78 hunting instead of 85+ :-w If you are trying to get to 63 hunt for red chins then doing sallies is the way to go, I did green, orange and red salamanders on my way to 63, it wasn't to bad either, the worst part was having to drop them.
  19. craft laws through the abyss.. Don't waste 10k p ess on a company. Just stick it out, you can do about 1.2k an hour with the 3 pouches so it should take you no longer than 8 and a half hours.
  20. That my next 99 goal as well.. 99 def + att pl0x :anxious: I saw go for it. I will do it with slayer tbh.
  21. Hill Giants or hobgoblins. Proabably hobs more than hill giants, but the hill giants are better exp.
  22. Seeing as people with 99 wcin and close to 99 wcin are saying its not a hard stat, you should just end your consistant argument that wcin is one of the hardest stats. Its not. Any stat that you can AFK in is far from hard. The amount of time it take to get a 99 doesn't necessarily make it hard either. Runecrafting, although in the end is rewarding is a hard stat. Mining is a hard stat. Wcin, fishing, cooking, fletching, farming and firemaking are far from hard stats. Im 94 wcin, I can easily say that 99 wcin is far from hard. You can watch TV and cut so its like you are virtually not even logged in :-#
  23. My thoughts exactly. Try scrolling down they changed the interface so now you have to scroll
  24. Simply put.. Yes you have to do all the pre reqs. Since you need to start the quest to get to the island and you can't start the quest until you finish all the pre reqs then its a simple answer. Also there is no other way to get to the island.
  25. Con is far from the hardest cape. Its just expensive that's why so few ppl have one. Mining or slayer is the hardest. Farming isn't the hardest either. In fact I would say farming is a skill and chill stat that doesn't even require you to be logged in to get 99.
