I prefer ranging at Black Dragons :ohnoes: Maybe that's just me. But I feel if you pick a range level and train it to that level at Black drags, Ill be likely to get a Vissage.

Oh jeez there is so many. Lost City is among one of the first you SHOULD do. Giving you access to the Dragon Long and Dragon Dagger. Which are crucial weapons throughout your whole member career. Family Crest, Fued, and One Small Favor are among the LONGEST quests in the game, however they will give you a GREAT feel for members and learning where certain things in members are. I'd advise doing those. Other than that its more preference of which quests to do and not do. Which will you need more than others, which will be a bigger benefit for you to have done and what not. I'd suggest doing all the ones that allow you to teleport throughout members. Such as The Watchtower, Biohazard, Edgars Ruse, Hero's (so you can charge glories).. thats about all for now : Its going to take awhile to do them all but its well Well WELL worth it.

To the bolded part. He is correct, experiments DON'T have any drops at all, they are not meant, IMO, for people that want good drops. They are for people who want to train a skill fast. They are fast, and you don't have to complete Creature of Frenkenstrain to access them, just the part where you find where they are. If you want faster exp go with desert bandits (with guthans of course) or do experiments with your best strength bonus equipment you have. Use regular str/att pots or combat pots if you want to increase exp per hour.

Are you sure? Don't you need to do "Death to the Dorgeshuun" so you can get a bone bow?

Thats because he was "no-lifeing" playing for probably somewhere upward of 13 hours a day if not more :uhh: :roll: ------------------------------------------------------------- Personally I would suggest Agility. It will take awhile, but once you get a knack for it, it grows on you. Then at 52 when you can do wildy course, you begin to have a little fun. I think the danger of being pked makes it more interesting. Plus agility will help in any aspect of the game where you are running. As long as you arn't sitting in a bank still or walk everywhere in-game. Agility is the thing to have.

You have plenty of time in that case, especially if your only collecting hides instead of both bones and hides. Then you can get about 20-26 per run depending on what you bring in invent, etc etc. BTW, if I dunno what the one guy was talking bout, it took me 3-5 mins to kill a black drag with 81 range and 180 range bonus.. with bone bolts. I use emerald (enchanted) bolts now and get kills in 1-2 mins. 180 range bonus. Id suggest you did a few member things first like the quests that get you range equipment thats useful. Since you're just becoming a member its difficult, really, for me to explain what to do and for you to understand it if I do. BTW, greaters are boring (terrible drops), ogres are more boring (worse drops) but fire giants are fun and they have decent drops. Plus there will be people at fires that you can have conversations with, and learn a bit more about members.

I like his idea :thumbsup: But if you are inclined not to do that, then DK'ing with some friends is always fun to do. You can duo mage Rex. A couple of d axes and your home free :)

Addy bars are good profit. -------------------------------------------------------------- As for GWD, there is no way for you to do it m8, I'm sorry. Firstly 80+ in all 3 melee stats is a must especially defence, and att/str if your meleeing which you are. You could try going with a group but if all have similar stats as you, you'd probably need 5+ people for zammy and 7-8 for bandos, which is well below profitable. I mean bados hilts, chestplates and tassets can only pay for so much, but with an 8 way split, forget about it. Secondly, as far as wanting a monster thats a 1m+ dropper, thats going to make your list a handful of monsters and since you can't do GWD it makes it into a handful of monsters, 10 at the most. You can try KQ'in or DK'in. I think doing Dag Kings, maging rex would be your best bet. Not only do you have d wc's but zerkers and warriors too. And if you can find a couple of friends to hybrid Supreme and Prime, then that increases your chances to seers, archers and muds. Dag Kings are probably your best thing to look into.

Honestly, anythng you can do in F2P you can do it in Members faster. So pretty much, IMO, the sooner you can become a member the better. Even with the combat training.

Eat Eat Eat... That barrelchest guy hits hard as a mo... and I have 99 defence, I was teled by ROL cus he was whacking 20's on me. So bring a ROL, and I wouldn't suggest using the D- Bax spec, you will need the att lvls lost form speccing up and the high hits of the d-long will help also. D-Long, full rune and your best stat boosting gear relative to melee'ing. Best of luck in the quest! :thumbsup: Also, correct me if I am wrong, you CAN kill the barrelchest in more than 1 run. The "suicide charge" is when your crystal bow runs out of charges and turns back into a seed. Since you have no more bow to range with, therefore you HAVE to melee, so you charge at the dragon punching or kicking, whichever attack style its on. Now of course you won't kill a black dragon by kicking or punching it to death. Unless it had 5 hps left or so. The "suicide charge" can be avoided by paying attention. Its not that big a deal. It just so happened that I had to run out of the room while killing a drag and my bow ran out so I charged the drag fists blazin, and well you know the rest.

i know i have done them i was wondering if the c bow was a good choice or should i only use @ blues Oh my fault m8 =P. I used a cbow here when DFS's first came out. It was pretty fast kills, but the "suicide charge" resulted in me losing a ton of stuff including a guthix d'hide body. . If ur gonna use a cbow watch out for the "suicide charge"

No, as with most aggressive NPC's in RS, if not all, after 10 or 20 mins the NPC will become unaggressive.

I believe you have to complete the quests to use a C-Bow. Sorry bud. #-o

I believe a half bar. However it may use the full bar since it heals you.

Firstly, range blacks with emmy (e) bolts or addy bolts (not enchanted or tipped just plain addy. Bury bones and Keep the hides, the hides pay for all the bolts you use. And if you get a visage, d med, left half, or anything else of that nature it helps pay for bolts as well. If you want to keep the bones too, then you can definatly pay for the bolts, hell you can pay for diamond (e) ones, you will only do less runs per trip. But trips will go by faster so who knows. BTW, I am doing black right now at evil chicken lair and there is barely anyone there. 1 person in any spot in the crowded worlds (6,12,18). So you figure: 67 mining now with 547,996 exp 85 mining goal with 3,258,594 exp Thats (3,258,594-547,996) = 2,710,598 exp needed. 2,710,598/50k (average exp) = 54.2 hours of play. So it should take you 54.2 hours of play, which will take 1 month at a little under 2 hours a day. ------------------------------------- Correct any of my math if its wrong.

No there is no real PC equip or invent you need. The name of the game is getting as high of a str bonus as you can. Or range bonus if your ranging, or mage bonus if your maging. Don't bring food, don't waste pots.
