  1. There are times when I wonder if I made the right decision in going for prayer, turmoil is easily replaced by piety. Piety simply drains slightly faster, soul split is nice but I hardly use it. I turmoil almost all tasks these days but I wonder if I had overload and piety I would be better off. I know I am rambling, but now that I have turmoil, I really wish I had overloads.
  2. Why does everyone think that construction is expensive, using sc hammers it is quite honestly not that expensive. I had 99 banked before I decided to stop since the skill bored me to death.
  3. I would just like to say that, "I like games so I want a career in games" is simply not going to get you somewhere. I would focus not only your interests and hobbies but also on your successes thus far. What are you good at? What can you see yourself doing in the future? If you responded "Game Designing" for both then maybe it maybe the right field for you. But if you have even a shred of doubt, go back to the drawing board. Analyze your strengths and where they may be useful. Nobody is sure about what they truly want to be, just make sure when you pick something you are well informed on and have researched thoroughly. But seriously be proud of yourself for actually asking questions and taking an interest early, many of my friends wasted years just figuring out what they wanted. If you can get that sorted out early, I am sure you will have no problems further on in your education Good luck and remember the best advice will always be given by your councilor.
  4. The one good thing about keeping your herbs from farming/slayer/mtk is that you can keep the potions for yourself and use them at later levels. Sure I will be losing money from this but I am not one to keep track of GE prices since they are always changing everyday and you can never be sure if your finished product will sell. I would rather just keep my own potions and make extremes at higher levels.
  5. I am a little disappointed that this is the reward for 300qps, I was hoping that the reward would be something to force me to finish the rest of the quests I have remaining.
  6. You sir are amazing, I barely see the system update symbol and you are already on it.

    Nomad

Dont take my word for it but I would rather use brews instead of rock tails, since you do not have soul split.
  8. You will just have to make money by yourself then. I am afraid there is no other way due to balanced trades.
  9. Yesterday I tried to find a non-loot share world to solo Bandos and there were teams in every world, even the non lootshare ones are getting crowded now.
  10. I wish to try my luck at Saradomin GWD, I need some advice on how to properly dodge Zilyana's attacks and at least survive for my first time there. My set up: Neitiznot Helm Saradomin Godsword Fury Bandos Platebody Bandos Tassets Dragon Boots Soul Wars Cape (would replace with a Fire Cape but would like to stay safe) Ring of Life (Just in case) Now my question is what should I have in my inventory. I have access to extremes, as well as a unicorn. I also have turmoil but should I bother using it? My friend says its gets harder due to the deflect curses' animations. Thank You, I truly appreciate you taking the time to post and respond to my queries.
  11. 80-90 Summoning, all combat stats are now 90+. 80-83 Herblore so far, I should hit 85, hopefully 86 will be possible.
  12. I wouldnt bother making unf potions from your herbs. It serves no purpose you are just throwing your money down the drain not to mention paying for someone else's herblore experience. If you want to get your hands on a few rare items, there are better ways to do so. Just stay on the look out for items that could possibly become valuable. I know a friend who spent 200mil+ herb supplies right after the bonus experience was announced and he got a couple of hooks for the lot.
  13. 99 Runecrafting, it was very profitable and increased my net worth by nearly 10 times. I also loved playing the Great Orb Project and the tokens rolled in very quickly. It made runecrafting very easy and dare I say enjoyable. My next cape will likely be the quest cape.

    wyrms love me

Wow at the drops, I have had 6 tasks of wyrms and have nothing to show for it. Congrats on 98 defence.
  15. Highly doubt we get anything like that. Just make sure you know what time you logged in and what time you logged out and you can keep track of it yourself.
  16. Remember to watch yourself when you are at the top of the course since it is multi combat. I once went from 93 hp to 8hp just as I finished a run; there was a party of 4 revenants (2 orks and 2 knights).
  17. I myself am going for 80-89 summoning and to be honest the only familiar that looks attractive is the Geyser for slayer tasks. Unicorn is easily replaced by a bunyip, and since soul split is there for healing, you wont need it for many tasks if any at all. I think the only place that it comes in handy is at bosses where you need the extra healing.
  18. Try the other bowl in the dungeon near the Tree Gnome Village, I am sure you will get it there.
  19. lol!!!! I've just burned 24 vyrewatch, my first 24 vyrewatch, and I got 2 more blood talismans! I'm either extraordinarily lucky or they're drop rate is extremely under-estimates! Lucky, I did all my vyrewatch hunting when they were 40k <_< . But yeah it's due to limited mainstream supply because of the obscure ways to obtain them, sort of like the Gnome Restaurant rewards. Why the tiara dont rise as much as the taliman? I made them all to tiara :( 1. You need to show Elriss a talisman to get Omni, tiara won't work. 2. You get decent xp from making talisman into a tiara. There's your answer. You can show Elriss a tiara too.
  20. Blocked and never going to take them off my list, I have used every technique and every weapon available to me and they are still slow as hell. I have tried using a cannon, turmoil, z spear, whip+ defender and they are still way too darn slow.

Thank You.
  22. Yes there is, don't publish the article. If an article is that bad, then it shouldn't be presented in the Tip.It Times. i still stand by the belief that F2P'ers are whiners, if they complain about this single ad which appears when they are logging in. Get real, they need to pay for the game somehow. Part of that payment comes from F2P people who upgrade to P2P, and advertising P2P is part of getting them to do so. I stand by the belief that people such as you are a waste of space both on Runescape and TIF. Not all F2pers care about this, and yet here you are calling them all whiners. Maybe it's time you get of your high horse, just because you pay $5 a month doesn't make you better than them. Sometimes I think you just troll threads related to F2p to get a rise out of the people here.
  23. Chin these, blade wing has a good guide up on the Archive of Wisom. Quite honestly they are way to slow to meelee.
