Dueling Rings are free to use, sure it is a pain banking the (1)s but for a free teleport right across the bank it is worth the inconvenience

The Zamorakian Spear is definately a better choice over the Saradomin Sword since the spear contains a stab option which is very useful at dragons, aquanites, etc.

Waterfiends in the Ancient Cavern are crowded, go to the Chaos Tunnels.

Really bad idea for sure. I did tabs all the way from 82-99 and it isn't a walk in the park as many assume it to be. Tabbing cab be very tedious and also very slow. Using bloods I maxed at around 50k xp/hr with 3 pouches, which is crap. Go for the skills that are expensive to train or give massive amounts of experience quickly, such as summoning or herblore. You can always train Runecrafting after, it isn't nearly as bad as most people think it is.

Another method for you to consider is making fire runes using dueling rings. Bank your dueling ring (1) and your loss will not be much. Use Dueling Ring to teleport to Duel Arena, craft runes and bank at Castle Wars. Good luck.

Cannon the ones on Jatizso, pray range and kill the female trolls that meelee you first. A Fremmy Round Shield will help immensely there too. I wish I could find a guide for you.

It's IMO not very good to say: Slayer is crap, expecially when you are under 83. Please explain it then. Slayer gives decent money. Especially Abberant Spectres. They drop so much herbs, it's even profit when you use ppots. Every task I get 2 or 3 addy platelegs, a robe bottom, and then I won't mention torstol and snapdragon seeds. Chaldear comes up with blue drags, pretty much. So the bones and hides make you money. And that with slayer levels lower then 83. Slayer is bad money because there are many other ways to make more money. If you're under 83 you won't get dragon boots, abyssal whips, dark bows, and staves of light either, making slayer even less profitable. I'm pretty sure that I have a bit more knowledge about the money involved considering that I have over ten times your slayer xp. No one said it was the top, so that makes a lot of methods better, however, to some, Slayer is fun, which makes the hours go by quicker, thus having the illusion it rakes in profit. Sure, it's not the fastest, but if they enjoy it, what's wrong with it? The OP mentioned that he wanted a "fast" way of making money, slayer at his level is definitely not that. In fact at any slayer level, you do not make enough compared to the better money makers out there. Slayer sucks when it comes to money. In fact I just started to profit at my level, as to train it efficiently I have used a cannon and the highest prayers (piety/turmoil). To the OP: Dragon Bones are great money right now, just try to find a decent spot which is not too crowded and where you can stay for a bit of time. This may not be for you but I am part of FFDN (Fast Free Double Natures), and we assist players making double nature runes in World 36. I have never ran but the runners have said that this is a decent money making method.

I have had the same happen to me quite often when I wore my skill cape. I don't wear it quite often anymore (except when I am skiling) as the stats suck during combat. But people need to learn to let people play the way they want to play. The game is not all about how many 99s one has or the number of skill capes one owns.

The Obsidian Charms are fairly easy to get. Water tallies you will have to buy or GOP. Talon Beast charms are a real pain there is no way you are getting 2k of them.

This isnt tip.it we are talking about, this is the RSOF. It is filled with spam threads and legitimate threads are pushed past Page 50. In RSOF you have to continuously bump your threads or the spammers will eventually beat you out.

Nope if Jagex did not want them traded they would have blocked them from being traded. Since they haven't I would say its fairly safe to buy them.

Donkey Herding sounds more interesting too.
