That is the stone which you use to carve a staff/sword/bow in the combat triangle room. It could also be the stone you use to make the head/arm/leg (imbuing it later) of a moving statue that removes barriers allowing you to pass through the room.

The Rimmington Yews used to be one of the best spots because one could simply use the air tab and run a little north, and bank in falador. But like all good things for f2p go, Jagex has to make updates to totally ruin things, such as the pointless update to move the air altar. Regardless the Rimmington Yews should still be open, it will just be a bit of a pain banking.

Fist of Guthix is also a nice spot. If are impatient, consider eucalyptus logs.

At least when I was around your slayer level I found I hated the skill because tasks took too long and the experience rate was pathetic. This was because I was stuck in a loop of 6-7 monsters, 3 of which were blacks, irons, and steel dragons. Once I accumulated a few points, I finally got frustrated enough to block steels and worked my way towards blocking the other two as well. After those blocks I found my slayer experience to be a lot better in terms of satisfaction as well as the experience rates. tl;dr-Block the tasks the annoyingly long and slow tasks such as irons/steels. I know you said you want to do this task, and yes I would definitely try it before blocking, but do consider blocking if you absolutely hate the task like I did.

I would have a yak over extremes any day, I will be honest I find extremes very over rated. Get the yak first unless you have the cash for 92 herblore.

I do not want to say she was right, but in my experience there is no benefit to fishing in the dungeon. The monsters drop significant amount of food to keep you healed and enough for the boss fight as well. In fact the best experience I got was when I was duoing and me and my partner just rushed the dungeon, picked all the food, and mined whatever rocks we came across. Now as much as I wish Jagex would fix this so the skill wasn't just all about combat, it is simply not that way at the moment. At this point in time though, you are better off rushing through the dungeon, not bothering with many of the resources contained in the dungeon. Now these are just my opinions at my current level, maybe things will get more challenging at higher levels.

I agree with this rant, I don't see what is the point of getting worked up over this item. It is very similar to holiday items in the sense that it is just an item that says "I was there at this event". So if you wish to complain about this item, why not complain about all those untradable items you do not have. Jagex just wants to thank those who bought the tickets and attended their event, is there really something wrong with that?

Trouble Brewing ,to an extent, and Barbarian Assault to name two. Barbarian Assault is PvM minigame, so I don't see what you are trying to bring up with this. Trouble Brewing, I have not yet visited very often, but in my time there, yes it wasn't stacked but it was fairly empty as well. Looking at the team based PvP minigames: Soul Wars is dominated by clans. Castle Wars also faces a few problems with stacking. Great Orb Project rarely has a fair match-up, one team will usually always dominate. If you want you can throw in Clan Wars with that as well. Again you can easily conquer these stacked match-ups in SC by skilling in corners of the maps and by staying off from the c5s unless you know someone wont be there for a while. Remember while these people are basing your team, all the resources closer to their base are often wide open or unchallenged because most of the higher leveled players are pking. Just saying that if you play it right you can beat a stacked team in SC fairly easily.

No it is not, void is much better than the helm when chinning. I myself have tried using the helm on task and void outperformed it. I have not done extensive testing but from what I noticed I hit a lot less when using the helm. I believe bladewing the poster of the guide also said that void is better.

You can always use Soul Wars if you arent rich enough and enjoy the game like I do. I already have turmoil and I am going to be doing that for 99, as I do not feel like buying the rest of the bones, would rather use my money for herblore.

Green Dragons, use a BOB to bank all hides and bones. Try the lower leveled wilderness ones, but if they are too crowded then you can use wilderness portals to get to the ones near the lava maze, which are fairly empty whenever I wander there.

Why even play the game then? Either way you are wasting countless hours. Same with TIF, if you quit you will be saving your time and ours as you do not have to subject us to your posts.

Fishing, so boring that I cannot believe people can stand doing it. I hate afk skills the most and watching your character slowly fish one by one is very annoying. On the other hand skills such as mining and runecrafting others might find boring but I feel they keep me engaged as to me being click intensive is better than clicking once then waiting for 2 minutes then clicking again. Mining seems to have become an afk skill too right now, but I can always superheat so it is not so bad.

All I see is a bunch of people showing off how long they have been playing for. Well here is an idea, no one cares if you happen to be "old school" or not or who you think qualifies for the title of "old school".

An article about clans? I was not able to finish the article because the subject just did not interest me and the author did very little to get my attention. The DYK was very interesting though I would rather fill my master horn than get full penance. Aside from the DYK this week was fairly disappointing imo.

You do not need an obelisk since you can use the one in the lair. Go with the Ardougne Cape 3, for the stab bonus and you can recharge prayer with the teleport as well.

I disagree. People have been polite with asking me to leave when I have come to a spot and put down my cannon, but I did not leave because them being polite doesn't change the situation. If I know that I am not going to find an empty world even if I hop I will stay in my world as it does not make a difference if I am crashing a polite person or a rude person, regardless I will be crashing someone. I will apologize but in the end I know to the person being crashed those are all empty words. This may not be the case in this situation but often lower levels feel that all crashers are deliberately trying to ruin their fun or are just jerks. I can assure those that feel this way that this is not true, when I crash someone I have no intention of ruining their game play nor am I a rude person. I am simply attempting to further my own character's progress and if it is at the someone else's expense then I will apologize, but still continue to do what I am doing.
