You might think about including a small description of what a Turmoil Zerker is and how it's used. Also, a list of the minimum requirements for getting all of these would be nice.

But the time spent charging your clan ring would be better spent playing stealing creation and getting a morphic tool that gives 2x experience.

They allow you to see the sky and clouds in the citadels, they actually look pretty nice.

Invite a few random people to your clan, form citadel, exile them? Nope they need to be in the clan a week before they count towards the member count now. I think that for the time being, those rules don't apply:

We are only freeing up names of old accounts that have zero posts and we're not actually deleting any accounts ;) What if the user's post count displays as having made 6 posts, but it appears all the posts are gone (as in, when viewing their profile it says "There are no posts to display" under the topics and posts tab)?

I agree with almost all of your suggestions, but a few I have a problem with: Dungeoneering has been a bit of a testing ground as far as Jagex tweaking item stats to make the combat triangle more fair. If you notice that arrows in Dungeoneering seam to have a much lower ranged strength then above ground this is Jagex's fix to an imbalance in the combat triangle. This might even be a fix that Jagex might be interested in exploring outside of Deamonheim. Cooking Ranges and Payer Altars seam to be a bit of a rarity in dungeons, especially depending on the size. This is probably intentional (you can cook most food on plain old fires and a prayer altar isn't really necessary, making both of these luxuries) and adding these to the smuggler room would nullify that. When playing in groups the tables give everyone a chance to assess what they've been given and proportion it out based on everyone's chosen role. If the items were given to players directly things would have to be dropped or traded, chewing up time.

However, I believe there is a different penalty applied when another member of your party is a significantly lower level then you.

Because the 2h is only crush, or because of speed? Doesn't the +90 Strength bonus compared to +54.5 for the longsword make up for it a bit?
