FFlers that want a lesser loss as well as some abyss rcers that want faster exp uses this altar. Nothing has really changed. Rc pking is not a threat anyway, their presence will not change anything much.

Hmm confused with the tele to the altar itself The good thing that came well with it was that abyss rcing industry was not ruined in any way.

There should be a dedicated world for this. There is no group tele for this spell.

You can stand as sidestep near the black area border at east of the lvl and it works as a safespot. Use of this safespot is however, very inconvinient. You walk out frequently that can use dogs to become aggressive again.

You don't buy new bows from the person after using it up. You take the seed to another npc called llfreen or something which she will recharge the seed for you back into a full bow. 1st time you birng it to her to recharge it will cost 900k, 180k cheaper for subsequent times to recharge bows until a minimum of 180k cost at 5th time. At any time you are recharging for 1st-5th time, you may choose the shield to be recharged into. Shield starts with 750k cost, drops 150k for subsequent visits till 150k. No matter what crystal equipment you choose, the price will drop for both for that visit. Price reduction is counted by number of times she recharges your seeds i think, not by seperate costs for seperate seeds.

Nope, hobgoblin numbers are so abundant in the mine that there is a high chance that the pker gets attacked himself to be able to attack you over an npc, so they still serve as a small form of protection.
