Black demons have real low defence but nice amount of hp for exp. The last thing you should do when attempting to fight them is to ever hally. Use the safespots and range them with arrows or knives. In the past, arrows stealers and arrow being on the ground for > 1 minutes used to be a problem but was solved with ava's device implemention.

The special effect is supposed to reduce oppenent's accuracy during pvp battles. Would the effect stack? Like casting it several times would cause the oppenent's attack lvl to reach 0 eventually? EDIT: Also, would accuracy and damage done by spell affect the frequency of the triggered effect of the spell?

You can't base an update on an npc's clothing.. From your logic, every npc should wear the same armor/equipment as us. If not, Jagex will release all those equipment. :roll: There would not be any point in releasing dragon plate. Its def bonus and absence of str bonus will not be worth its price.

Prayer is essential to training through chins which he lacks. I believe you can just buy lots of knives and use them in waterfall dungeon against fire giants, not really sure which is the fastest way though.

You should sell your fury to really buy better equipment and use a glory in its place. Buy other more suitable equipment like a rune plate and veracs skirt to use. Buy a dragon scimitar from players and just do slayer, training str as your attack style. If you don't want to do slayer, you can always go for bandits with food (wear a sara or zammorak cape) or with the money you got from selling fury, buy full dharoks (full dh) and go to monkey guards on ape atoll temple if you finished mm. Get your hp low with the digsite liquid (hits 25), with anti poison, head there and pray hit the guards. There is a altar in the temple.

I am still seeing a lot of threads that belong to Questionnaires forum appear the main general discussion. It seems that authors of such threads do not actually pay attention to the new forum existence, forum users still prefer to make such threads in the wrong forum. I doubt there is any shortcut from lletya to underground pass, you probably have to reach the exit through the same way you entered from regicide. If I'm not wrong, from the tree entrance to lletya, run west, through a trip wire, through trees, north till you see a leaf trap, cross it then from there just run east till you reach the underground pass exit.

Attacks from strange plant are not very strong. I personally don't recall seeing a strange plant ever hitting more than 5.

Implementing this policy more strictly may be unfair to the <13 who does not make themselves known so through harassing and irritating others, will be affected.

In my post I assume that the largest demand out there at metal drag fire bolters in members since I can't think of anymore use for massive amount of air runes. 1 fire bolt spell costs 4 fire or 3 air. You buy one of the runes and use a staff for the other. Fire runes have fallen to around 10 each, making cost of 4 fire runes only 40 gp. If air runes are considered 14 each, 3 airs would cost 42 gp. In this case, you have lost some potential buyers to fire runes because both would cost about the same. Hence, when demand falls, prices falls with it.

Gold amulets alch for 210 each, not 315. You were probably thinking of the gold bracelet, a members item that alch for 330 gp each.

You get a certain base magic exp for one cast, for every damage you done in the magic spell, you would receive 2 (i think?) extra exp for every 1 damage done added to the base magic exp. The higher total damage done from all targets you hit, the more bonus exp you get added to base casting magic exp.

Getting a lazy cat back to wily is a very tedious task due to the fact that lazy cats can't catch rats well. I would suggest that you sell your current lazy cat and get another cat from getrude, then making it wily and banking it when you do not need it so that it does not turn lazy. Anyway, I have heard incidents of actual conversion of lazy -> wily cats. I'm predicting it to have catch 100 rats like what you have to do cat medal.

It really depends on who you are training on. If you are doing it on demons/giants, the best choice would be to use iron-mith knives/darts. For green/blue dragons who have higher defence, you will need a higher range bonus, but a msb could do fine. For black and metal dragons who have real high defence, your best bet would be c'bow + bolts (usually emerald e). Ruby or diamond bolts e are NOT worth using unless killing boss monsters (probably >lvl300) or pking that you use dstone bolts and up. Your suggested ammo for training is quite a waste of money.

It really is not that much of a trouble to change a zero for Jagex. I believe you have wasted your time complaining about how Jagex wasted their time. Just adapt with it. :roll:
