Why even bother? If they lack the necessary knowledge to prevent themselves from getting rc pked, unless it's a very skilled rc pker, the rcer deserves to get pked.

if you need it fast, you can buy herbs and 2nds from other players, you lose money anyway. If not in a hurry, buy herb seeds and farm, then use for herblore

After your first 99, a good goal is to trim that 99 cape

Don't pc. You can't contribute much to pc groups with low combat stats, 50-70. Just do slayer.

Pcing with an effective pc clan should be a good way. You don't lose money either. Maybe you will want to melee pc and spend points on mage.

With those stats, barrows will only be for fun, not for a profit. I seriously advice you to train mage to 60+ and range to at least 70. Defence could do with a higher lvl. If you insist on doing it, you will have to pray on all brothers.
