Shadowbane It's free right now (after Stray Bullet Gaming took over for Wolfpack). I met some nice people there and actually moved to other games with them. The game is based around PvP so there's never a dull moment during prime time. Most guilds who communicate verbally use Ventrillo (and only a few I knew of used TeamSpeak). Lot's of fun and a decent community (though don't trust anyone outside your guild, allies are exceptions). I could ramble for hours about this game but I won't :P

I guess if anyone has short term memory loss it may be helpful for them to remember the new friends they've made.. However I have a good memory and I remember who my friends are around here. I also member many little facts about random members I've collected over time ;) I don't think a friends list is needed. Maybe helpful for some, but wouldn't it be just as simple to write their name down on a piece of paper or ever in a text document? The only use I can see coming out of a friends list is nowing when someone is online but I don't see how that really matters much. Just because someone is online doesn't mean they're going to respond to your PM quickly or even check a thread you're hoping for them to post in.. To me the idea seems like a waste.. Maybe he's asking for it so that he can view who's online on the forums and have a feature where he can talk to him on an Instant Message thing which could be brought into the forums. But It would just be easier for them to talk on IRC if they use it. :wink: When you go into a forum (Off Topic for example) you can see everyone who's browsing that forum (unless they've chosen to remain invisible or whatever). As for instant messaging.. A lot of us have AIM, MSNM, or YIM. They're free to use, no need to bring an instant messaging feature to the forum. If you want to contact someone via IM, there's a little link under their sig that give you their IM address (if they've entered it into their profile).

I'd put it down.. I've had ~6 hamsters whom have all died (along with a couple of pet mice). They're nice little pets but when you're asked to spend $2100 on an $8 pet, it's something you don't really need to think about. Hamsters don't live very long as it is and they spend most of their time sleeping in a cage unless you wake them up. In my opinion, not a good life.

I'll take the DS. My PS2 plays GTA just fine and that's about all it's used for (other than FFXII, and FFIII is on the DS). I don't think amazing the the correct word for what you see on a 3 inch screen. My Zune has a 3 inch screen and movies look pretty good on it, but put those movies on my computer, or better yet my big screen tv, and it looks MUCH better. Can you honestly say something looks amazing on a 3 inch screen? Now could you please stop basing your posts around the graphics? For the third time.. Gameplay > Graphics Oh and Mario is an amazing game no matter how many times it's remade.

I don't have any skateparks near me either, but I do have my license and a car so if I really wanted to go to a skatepark I could go downtown. However, I live near multiple schools while quite a few stairs/rails so I have somewhere decent to skate. I could start skating as soon as I get my shoes/board but it's been a little cold around here recently. :( Th...the deck ITSELF is 75-90$? Jesus Craps. My friend skates Blinds, he always has. I've tried it out a bit at a local park and it's slightly heavy [for my tastes, I usually skate Enjoi], but good good concave and are pretty durable. Nah, it's complete. No way I'd shell out $90 for a deck. :P As for it being heavy.. That might be ok. Do you know anything about Element boards? I saw one I like so it's kind of between the Blind board and the Element board (both complete). When you're just starting it doesn't matter much, it's mostly just getting used to a board and the basic skills. But I used to skate ALL the time. I still remember how to do the few tricks I'd learned and I've got a lot more confidence now so I don't want a crappy Wal-Mart board. I'm getting a job so I'll be paying and there's no way I want to waste money..

Alright, lately I've been thinking about taking up skating again. I have to get a job so I can afford new shoes/skateboard/whatever. These are the shoes I'm going to get: But I was wondering what others recommend for boards.. I'm not looking to spend too much on a board, but I'd like to get something decent.. Edit: I've been looking at boards and I like this one.. Has anyone ever used a Blind board? If so, are they very nice or not worth the money. It's $75-90 (depending on where I order it) and I don't really want to waste that kind of money since I'll be earning it myself from now on..

You and your girlfriend could cuddle up and watch a good movie ;) Edit: I suppose if you want to have some fun and stir up a little trouble at the same time you can do what me and my friends (2 girls and 3 guys went) did today (since finals are over!). We went to Wal-Mart and Target and played with all the toys, took funny pictures in the female underwear section, and messed around in the auto department. We got kicked out of Target and yelled at in Wal-Mart :P Trust me, it's good fun ;)

Tetris is probably one of my favorite games of all time. But that just goes to show gameplay is more important than graphics..

I'd like to get a rottweiler, so you can figure I wouldn't want to see these kinds of dogs banned. I think if more people raised their dogs well, they wouldn't be as likey to bite/attack people. I've seen some badly abused dogs and I don't understand how anyone could do that to their dogs. And then they get upset when their dog bites them or someone else.. :roll:

I'm going to buy myself a cell phone once I get a job and earn some money. But thinking realistically, there's no way I'm going to save up that much for a phone. I already have an mp3 player (30GB) that plays music and movies. And with the money I'll save by buying a cheaper phone, I'll be able to afford the plan more easily. It's a nice idea to have your phone/mp3 player in a single item, but I think the price is too high..

I like it but I think it might look better if the water area had more of an orange tint (like the sky in the background). It just seems a little odd to me to see it go from (top) a depressing kind of setting to (bottom) a happy/warm feeling.. Unless maybe that's what you were going for.. :-k
