I think he is known as R2Pleasant on the well known forums for RWTing that is censored here on tif. He probably has a ton of mule accounts with all diferent combat levels to x fer into each crater. When they made the trade limit I heard he was selling accounts, but who knows now.

They were rare before the slayer tasks got updated, now they aren't that rare. I've gotten them like 5 times in 50 tasks. Just keep slaying and you'll get them
