Perhaps you want a 4th in the trilogy ;) or perhaps you feel a great movie could do with a better explanation and therefore needs a prequel. Or perhaps there's a sequel/prequel that you despise and you want it remade. You decide! :) My own ones... Equilibrium (I'd love to see how that whole thing came to be) Lethal Weapon 5 (I just love these movies) Contact 2 (I thought this was a really deep movie and could use a sequel) The Hobit (damnit... when???) Stargate 2 (surely deserved after the success of the TV series?) Serenity 2 & 3(Joss Weddon apparently wanted to make a trilogy)

They are generally pretty crappy movies, but I'd really like to see a few of the other storylines. Sentinels, Apocalypse, Mr. Sinister, none of those have been done yet. There are a ton of storylines that are just too SciFi though.

They are more of just spin-off movies. Some of the actors from the X-men movies may show up, but mostly it's just about one character. Plus both of those are about the characters past, and I want one where the X-men are taking on the Sentinels at least. If they could throw Apocalypse into the equation also somehow that would be awesome too.

March 14, 200719 yr wen was the first starwars made, coz it just wont stop! 1979 IIRC then after 1983 there was a 20 year break before episode 1,2 and 3 came out.. there have been many series that have spit out a lot of movies in less time than that

Star Wars anyone? The Matrix? Jurassic Park? Shrek? Yeah you get the idea. EDIT: Why the hell can I say 'suck' but not 'a$$', the latter is the least offencive.

If you are talking original trilogy vs new trilogy I can see your point. But if you are talking sequel, like comparing A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back the sequel is better.
