as far as cash goes it's pointless..... and it's a pain for an RC'er to get the pouches again :( ( I got owned there recently by a pk'er, i'll bother getting pouches again when i get back to RC'ing).

I could try to defend the rcers someday (not likely but who knows) and these guys sometimes are not good pkers. Like other people point out, they are bad at pking :-w

Think about it, when I kill a rcer I'm doing him a favor! The harder it is to make the natures (or other runes), the higher the price! I'm basically giving them money...

I dont understand why rc pkers pk us rc's. Now first off most of the time We get away, only the dumb rc die. I can even escape teleblock and entangled easily. Now why do they do this I'v though about this the last few days and well heres what i think.

When I see an ice cube around my character I have plenty of time to say "lol" and click my tablet. The only way to get a rc'er is to Tb and entangle them.

people saying RC pking isn't profitable...you may be right now...but back when it was first released...there wasnt all these guides telling you how to not get RC pked. People actually wore rune to RC (even dragon sometimes)..i dont pk there anymore, but when i did (for a 4-5 days, about a month after the abyss released) i pked 12ish rune sets (with a glory and rune axe/pick each)...many cash pks...prolly being over 1mil in cash (from people buying from zammy mage)...and i even got lucky and got 12K nats from a person.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

but like i said...these days its pointless to pk there...you get might get 1 kill in about 10 tries...and 99% of the time its a glory and dhides.

I think they just like the thought of an easy kill and not a challenge. I personally think it's a waste of time for them. It's far more fun to pk the rc pkers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

its a challenge to kill me when im alert and rcing. 2 guys took more than an hour b4 deicding to world hop cos they cudnt kill me. They had 90+ mage and 90+ stre and attack but cudnt do it still.

I got pked this weekend. Was wearin full black dhide, mind shield/helm, glory, boots of lightness, legends cape, and reg ess. Armour didnt splash his spells - couldnt do a damn thing. Ectophial wouldnt work due to teleblock. And im lvl 79 mage. I saw him the first run that he was a level 104 so I should have just quit rcin. Guess u cant rely on ur dhide to protect u.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have been so fed up with rc pkers lately that I going to start just usin house tele and abyss with green dhide armour only and brass pick. Its just too much work getting ur sacks back cause some lazy arse pker is too lazy to work for his money like everyone else.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They don't have the balls to stay around so u can take them on when u get back from Fally. Or they cry if u come back and have food and wpns on ur when they try defending themselves. I can outpray most of them if they dont have scimmy special to rely on.

just drop pouches to be able to pick them up.

I've RCed 5k nats for a gift to my friend; it was his birthday.

 

 

 

I got killed about 4 times, but it was easy to shrug off. I know I had to get my pouches back and use a different form of cheap armor, but I pulled through.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You guys seem to be overlooking the posts about the truth. The RC PKers are annoying, yes, but they keep the economy balanced by making it difficult to RC, thus keeping rune prices from falling below. It is also your problem if you get PKed, as you choose to RC the dangerous route, which is in the wildy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Of course you get mad at RC PKers, don't hesitate to get your gear, or a bud to kill those RC PKers with a satifying blow. :D

I think they are just some poor people looking for an occasional pk of a glory amulet. I really don't like rc pkers tho, jsut gets on my nervs, wastes my tele and time.

I love rc pkers :) they make the prices of nats higher, making nat crafting worth it

actually, that would be much better for alchers, and wood cutters. Faster nats + lower prices = same profits for rcers. Lower nat prices = lower material cost for alchers. Lower cost for alchers = demand increase for supplies. Demand increase for supplies = logs & longs go up. Nats also go up in price slightly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That means more money for alchers. More money for wood cutters. More money for fletchers. More money for runecrafters. The only down side is slightly more inflation.
