a few months ago i got ranger boots from a lvl 2 clue from a varrock guard :)

 

 

 

i only killed like 15 guards and i already got one.

Well errm...As there is no pic I'm forced not to believe that..4 rare drops off a level one? Someone I know just got 4 rare drops from a level 3 and didn't know you could. The way I see it it goes lvl 1 - 2 rewards, lvl 2 - 3 rewards, lvl 3 - 4 rewards.

im pretty sure by "level 2" he's refering to the combat lvl of "men" in runescape in which his friend killed a lvl 2 man and got a lvl 1 clue with those rewards.

my best clue scroll reward was on my old account that was lvl 2 hunter, was a pair of ranger boots and some other crap \' \' \'
