The only thing I can think of is the engine reading from the equipment slots and upping stats. Having to redo the engine to pick up the stats from a new slot?

yea that's just pretty lame... Jagex gotta do something about it someday or runescape is gonna go down. Just think about it we haven't had any new slot in whole rs2 lifetime :P

We're talking about a very long wait just so that you can equip bracelets with barrow gloves. +12 isn't the difference between life or death anyways.

Most likely they'd have to re-write the engine that produces everyrthing that appears on your charecter alongside how it appears in gear page and all the bonuses that are applied.

Well that's true. I personally wouldn't mind that much either. Only thing that is positive from the last few months, is the increase in QP's that can be had, so Tears of Guthix lasts longer.

trust me, rewriting any amount of coding is a challenge especially with a video game, hell a calculator i made in VB class was a [bleep].

 

 

 

 

 

even if you could copy/paste info to the bracelet stuff it still isnt that easy. you need to design aspects. and those aspects can cause glitches.

 

 

 

 

 

sometimes starting from scratch is easier then reworking with old clay.

the best way to not be dissapointed is to not have such high expectations.
