I love the new necklace and bracelet uses, I am going to make myself like 5 of each for now. The sapphire bracelet is cool, but honestly, 28 uses isn't much better than taking the time to add water yourself. The rest fail. I will continue to make emerald rings, ruby rings, and diamond amulets with my gems. Note that the D stone updates are for those who finished the legends quest. Or else you need someone to recharge :-# When I saw the update and saw the number 28 at the saphire bracelet, my mind just stopped their. 28 is far to few to be worth it! If it was around 50 or so, I would cheer. But 28.. just not enough. Else I would have used it for teletabs. Now I won't. Diamond bracelet, the de-skuller right?, is not worth it. Waste a diamond for each 200 nature runes you make? No, I won't. I never get PK'ed their anyway. It is simple throwing away valuable diamonds. The onyx for my concern. Never could afford them. Now I know I can, but I won't. Just 1 thing people are forgetting about: Emerald bracelet for 50% more healing and 20% more damage on flagthief. I love this bracelet. Stack a few in your bank when you go on CW -spree! It helps a lot, 50% extra healing. I will certainly be using these! Finaly a good use for my emeralds. Cheap and effective! stan18 Posted April 30, 2007 Share Posted April 30, 2007 Someone had a nice suggestion to make them usefull, just put them in the ring spot instead of teh gloves spot! 15-16-684-43258157 i just want to point out, bracelets go on the wrist, not on teh finger and anyways, im not one to complain (i dont complain about updates) but jagex really messed this update up by putting it in the glove spot. just that fact puts four bracelets up against barrows gloves (or others) which easily takes them out. good job messing this update up, jagex. I find that one a waste.. maybe if it was like 25 trips than it would be useful so some people. I see that one and onxy bracelets changing/editing next week. The rest were fine. The bracelets wouldd be much better of they had their own slot; right now, the only ones worth using (for me) are the saphire, the d-stone, and the emerald. As for the necklaces... The d-stone necklace is the best new piece of jewllrey from the update. The onxy one would be good, but only if Jagex made a really good obsidian weapon. The diamond one doesn't heal enough to be worth it (exception if your a dharocker (maybe)). The onyx bracelet is useless, (unless your agility training), so is the necklace. The only gem i dont have a rant about, is the dstone.. combat bracer = ardy tele on ancients.. everything else has too few charges, or is worthless (like the new onyx stuff) barrows gloves > all of them imo... gf jagex? Mirror Posted April 30, 2007 Share Posted April 30, 2007 Well reading and rereading, I have come up with my decision on this matter. I believe that the two new Dragonstone jewelry are fine aditions. They probably won't gave as much use as the already popular glory ammy, but still a valuable asset to your bank for teleing to places. As stated, I believe that the saphire has too little amount of uses but hey if you want a quick batch of them, use up a saph and get them mined quickly. I would love for that CW jewelry to work with barrows gloves, I am going to test that right now. All others are not even worth talking about, I am waiting for that ruby necklace update, this is getting exciting to see what it will be used for. Yes you can switch gloves so I used the effect and then switched to my barrows gloves and it was a blast. The aides helped alot, I personally heal 11 now each time. I also hit harder. I bought a regen for 3.1mill muahahahaha ^^ Anyways let's put this clear :P Normal HP regeneration rate - 1 hp / min Rapid heal prayer regeneration rate - 1 hp / 30 seconds Regeneration bracelet regen. rate (without rapid heal) 2 hp / min Regen. brace + rapid heal prayer - 2 hp / 30 seconds. So you can now heal 2 hp every 30 seconds, coming down to 4 hp per minute, really useful for agility and killing many monsters like bandits without wanting to bank. I'm glad I got mine while it's still cheap :) LOL? Nice, u wasted 3.1m. 2 hp per minute is pointless. It's bairly worth 100k. Gratz. Actually you have it all wrong it doesn't heal 2hp per minute it heals 1 hp per 30 seconds and with rapid heal(if it stacks)15 seconds per hp Dude, you're an idiot #-o Dude, your feeble attempt at an insult is hilarious. ...
