It only takes about a month to get an apparent (but not well developed) 6 pack. Which means it looks like you got abs, but if someone punches you in the stomach, its only gona hurt a little less. I reccommend that once you can do around 100 situps, to start holding weights on your stomach, as doing that many becomes tedious and starts affecting you less and less.

Not very much of a tall order :| Put wights on your chest + do situps :roll: And not everyone can do 100 situps, kind of ignorant to say anyone could.

Yes, to add to that fat WILL cover muscle, regardless. And sports won't rid this fat very fast. Not even working out will get rid of fat, it just builds muscle under the fat. To loose fat you've got to run or walk, eat healthy, and generally just be active, and not in a gym sort of way. Me doing staff.

Working on muscles will allow you to have them, but they wont be visable. April 30, 200719 yr That doesn't matter, jogging will do. You just have to push youself and maintain a healthy heartbeat. The best way to do so is by going to the gym and using a treadmill they have special cardio programms that work intune to you and set the pace you need to run/jog at and time period. edit: there is no "easy" way. Everything requires at least some hard work and dedication and healthy lifestyle.
