May 5, 200719 yr I'm surprised no one has said this yet: Burgh de Rott. Close to Barrows, allows me to get there without losing any food to the ghasts, and almost always no one there. It's the perfect bank for me. If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.
