May 24, 200719 yr I think Runecrafting is the best. At level 50, you can make more than nearly any skill at any level.

You make 5 Knifes per bar at 3.5k ea per knife thats 3,500 x 5 = 17,500 17,500 - 12,000 (per bar) = 5,500 profit each bar Though I don't agree with this as a good moneymaker, since few people buy thousands and thousands of rune knifes to my knowledge, I am just showing you what he was saying.
May 24, 200719 yr I've only mined about 400 rune ores, so I'm not the expert, but I usually get 25 in a half hour, leading to 50 ores (worth 575k) per hour. If I was to throw boxed imps into it, lowering the need for teleporting out and going back (wasting time), I'd be able to make ~640k+ an hour, which (according to a thread on official forums) is faster than runecrafting at level 75 (though only by ~50k an hour). I haven't managed to test that, and probably won't for a while. But rune mining is way up there. Though, 91 runecrafting is better than any other skill you can use (unless I missed something). If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.
May 24, 200719 yr I've made 2m/hr before with herblore. But it probably doesn't count, because it's highly dependent on how many sellers you can get. May 24, 200719 yr ya its got to be runecrafting, especially 91 glory and high agility, got a friend who makes upwards of 1 mil an hour.. he's a [puncture].. but combats alright, kqing can be real profitable, don't die tho what in the name of moses is a signiture!

You can't rely on being able to get rune ore that fast all the time. Late at night, I can get around 60 per hour, but it takes a very empty game to do it that quickly. May 24, 200719 yr And I pretty much proved that farming is much better than runecrafting if you can't make double nats. If you can make double nats, farming still beats it if you grow snapdragons. And 63 farming is a hell of a lot easier to get than 91 runecrafting. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!
May 24, 200719 yr By level farming is the best moneymaker, at just level 32 you can be pulling in 500k-600k+ an hour. Give me another skill that can do that at level 32. Though really farming isn't a stand alone skill but something to complement other skills thanks to its plant and forget style. From my experience one of the best moneymakers would be farming snapdragon/ranarr, doing misc (on maples and flax), and running double nats. I don't feel compelled to calculate that but just the rc and farming should be about 3-5mil an hour and misc while not measured on the hourly scale, will effectively double the money you put in (and then some).
May 24, 200719 yr Ranaars or Limp roots? Just a guess. Runecrafting is hands down the best moneymaking skill in the game. at 75+, you can make 500-600k. Then at 91, it is an easy 1m+ an hour, more if you use super energies i hear. As for Rune Mining, i think it is slower, there are factors such as Pker's at the wilderness rocks or world switching takes its time. Plus they're not always 'un-mined'. Conclusion ... Runecrafting is the best moneymaker  Main Goal --> [hide=]All Stats 70+ And...[/hide]
May 24, 200719 yr Hunter at 80+ rc at 91+ and if combat can be counted then it must include staking whnich can be 100m in one minute, but i doubt that counts. Yeah...Some people just go out of their way to ruin other peoples fun.Sounds like Jagex to me...
May 24, 200719 yr Explain what you have to do to make 600k an hour with farming. I've already explained it, but running to all 5 herb patches, harvesting and replanting, takes less than 10 minutes. Each run harvesting snapdragons will make you around 140k. 1 hour of farming time is 6-7 runs. 7 runs of making 140k is 998k per hour. Even if you are only level 32 farming and grow ranarrs, you make around 600k in an hour of farming. That's NET profit. NET profit with runecrafting, ie factoring in essence costs, isn't even close to that until you have 91 runecrafting. Now, what's easier and faster to get - 32 farming or 75 runecrafting? 63 farming or 91 runecrafting? Exactly. Ergo, farming is the best moneymaking skill there is. You're computing the total time required to actually do the farming, but not the wait time. You might be able to do 7 runs in 60 minutes, but those 60 minutes are spread out over 8 to 9 hours. So, farming is good in terms of money per hour actually doing the skill, but not per hour of elapsed time. The sad reality is that you can make more money doing mundane things than you can in most skills. ~q Qeltar, aka Charles KozierokWebmaster, RuneScoop - Premium RuneScape Information for Expert Players -- Now Free!Featuring the Ultimate Guide to Dungeoneering -- everything you need to know to get the most of the new skill!

May 24, 200719 yr ^ actually most here agree that its impossible to be 99 slayer without atleast 1 99 combat stat. its possible but definately not probable, you would need about 300,000 rings of recoil to get untrimmed slayer, and to get that u'll prolly have a skill at 99 anyways... how is hunter good money maker? how is rc good money maker w/o abyss? in my opnion, wc is the best way to go, rc would b better w/o all those noob rc pkers

Right, but the thing about any other way of making money is that you must be doing it the whole time in order to make money. The point with farming is that, for the 8-10 minutes you spend actually farming out of every 75 minutes, it is THE BEST method for making money for those 8-10 minutes. You will make more money than anything else skill related. In other words, you will make more money RCing and farming than you will RCing alone. Without farming, you are making less money per hour. Therefore, farming is the best moneymaking skill there is, since you MUST farm in order to maximize your gold earned per hour from skills. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!

RCing is that you start rcing and in that hour you have made the money. For this farming method you plant it, you LEAVE IT FOR A WHILE and come back. There may not be any effort, but the time is still there. We're calculating the rates on a basis of money per time. Not money per effort. The time spent waiting still counts. Of course, arguably you could go off and do another skill, but right here we are talking about the money given from ONE skill alone. And regardless, if we could hypothetically say that the waiting time doesn't count, runecrafting still beats it by almost double. Well, at least there is something useful in what you said: if you combined 91 rc with your farming systems perhaps you could make quite a bit more cash :-$ 76th to reach 99 Construction on 6th of February 2007379th to reach 99 Runecrafting on 4th of November 2007 Finally the secrets of goal achieving are revealed!
