most annoying f2p quest

Featured Replies

Unfortunitly I would have to say Vampire Slayer for me, but mostly because I was like lvl 20 something when I was trying to do it, so the Vampire kept killing me  . SOA was easy for me cause I had a friend irl helping me do it.

Current goal: Getting enough prayer pots to finish my last four quests.

I just hate to do the quest '' prince ali rescue '' -.- I think because you need so much stuff and that you'll need to walk much :-#

I would have to say the most annoying F2P quest is Imp Catcher. I was lucky to be playing when the Christmas '05 update came because it placed a ton of imps in the game and you could just rob them instead of actually waste time killing them

I is a genius!

Dragon Slayer...Took me very long to find that oracle, and then i died 4 times on Elvarg...

Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak

after doing it for the million time...DRAGON SLAYER! unless you are a member which maeks everything a lot faster and easier...you can even do it at combat 30 if you're a member

prince ali rescue b/c you have to run around so much... :wall:

I would have to say Earnest the Chicken. That one gave me such a hard time. But, this was a good learning step for me because I figured out runescape had a quest guide. This really helped me out on that one. The shield of Arrav though. I am ashamed of how I completed it. I did it that way because I didn't trust anyone else.

Shield of Arrav is really boring :ohnoes:

i hated prince ali rescue... i dont know why, it just was so dumb.

I guess cause I never saw the need. I also felt that if I moved into the version of the game that was always changing that it would in some way invalidate the work that I had already put into my account.

Shield of Arrav ... It's just easier to buy the parts than deal with some of the silly 'scapers out there. But then, that's not really doing the quest, is it?

Ernt the Chicken...I spent 3 weeks working out the leavers...

1.Ernest the Chicken

those darn levers

2.Shield of Arrav

Just because of other half

The hours i spent on those darn levers!!

And that was before i knew about quest guides.

Shield of Arrav is just frustrating!

P2P offers more and better ways of making money than f2p. That's one of the cons you just have to play with if you don't feel like having 1 bigmac meal less per month.

i think you and many of the others took it way seriously...the first time i've done ernest the chicken it took me 25 mintutes...ofcours after that it never took more than 5 but thats because i know the order and shield of arrav...at the first time i actualy enjoyed it (though i was pretty much a nub) but you know doing the same quest again and again was annoying so now those are annoying for me but when you look at the big picture those are probably the best f2p quests (i do not mean the reward i mean the quests)

Sheild of Arrav and ernest the chicken

imp catchr was easy since all the beads were in the general store.

Definately the most annoying quest in F2P is 'Ernest the Chicken'. I have done it many times, (at least 5), and everytime I needed to use a guide for the lever part. I can see no logic in that section....it's really annoying. Also 'Dragon Slayer', solely because I try and beat Elvarg with a level 40 account, and very rarely make it. That quest is annoying because I try to do it too soon.

Shield of Arrav for me was easy the 5+ times i've done it......maybe becasue I created an account just to get the second piece.....or maybe I had a large group of friends when I began....I thinhk I was just lucky.

But my vote would have to be 'Ernest The Chicken'

imp catcher. It took a while to kill enough imps and there were none for sale at the time i did it.

My friend and I did Shield of Arrav together, so it took about 10 minutes total. My personal choice for this is Ernest the Chicken... I hated the levers...

why so many people think ernest the chicken was hard?! it was really really easy and i especialy liked the lever part because it makes you think! people who hate ernest the chicken are people who doesnt like thinking!
