Cooks assistant took me about 2 weeks to do because I was unaware the mill had three floors after countless mintues everyday of use grain on milstone I would give up and try something else. I was Black Arm, and I got the other half of the shield from the General Store in Varrok at midnight for 500 gp. \ Retired from runescape. I didn't do Shield until last (combat 60ish) just because I couldn't be bothered finding someone to do it with. Ended up talking to some random person and it came up in conversation so they offered to help. Only took 5 minutes to complete and I gave them some Laws as thanks (aren't I nice).
