I have several names to sumit, mine and a bunch of my rl friends that dont play much any more. JT Mirage (and yes the JT does stand for something, but thats my secret) Weaponxbo (my bf's warrior) Rebel Bo (bf's main) Bow Bo (bf's range pure) Mini Bo (bf's little sister) Horneygoat (my friend got a lot of crap for this, she doesnt play anymore) Vergon most of these are left over from classic, when rs2 came out most of my friends quit playing, Im the only one that still plays on a regular basis, let me know what you think

Did you know that even if you have 11 gp or more that sometimes they will only ask you for 10 gp, especially if you use them a lot. I usually carry much more than 10 gp and they, 9 out of 10 times, only charge me 10gp

I remember when the rune mysteries quest came out and runecrafting, I was so excited because I was f2p in rsc and we had gotten a new quest and skill, I had done all the free quests up to then. And I also remember rs2 coming out, but for some reason I wasnt as excited about that.

Ok, I am a sophmore in college majoring in animal science/pre vet, so I hope you would consider me somewhat intellegent (though my spelling blows). I enjoy playing runescape because it is a way to take a break from concentrating on studying, working on projects, etc... It gives me a way to relax my mind as I use it in a diffrent way than I do with school, and depending on what Im doing I can almost clear my mind completely. I would assume other "intellegent" people feel somewhat the same way I do. Also for the people who say this game ruins their life and to get friends and gf/bfs to, I have several friends who I hang out with on a daily basis, as well as a long term boyfriend, who I am engaged to, and I still usually play at least on a weekly basis (depending on whats going on in school, for the summer its everyday) even if its only for an hour. This is just my out look on it, hope it helps some.

I would definitly say that I am stage 6 and have been for almost the whole time I have been playing (5 years), I will never make it to stage 7, because of the fact that for the most part I am a loner and leading anything is to much work with other people. I hope it will be a while before I ever make it to stage 8 or 9

I have seem to be getting more randoms lately also, and it also seems that i will get a string of the same kind, then have a break and then get another string of another kind, ex: 4 or 5 mom's in 2 or 3 days then about a week or two of nothing, then 3 or 4 evil bobs in a couple of days.

Maybe the bankers feed them while they are in the bank :-k not sure about the backpack

If any of my friend ever actually played and then quit and gave me a phat, I would have to say I would wear it a while and then sell it, cause the two friends I have that play some would be giving it to me to make some money from, they are both in great debt with me. And I also do not have that kind of bank space, unfortunitly im the kind of person that if it serves no purpose other than looks I normally dont keep it, with the exception of my tribal outfit.

I dont see how going back to Oziach is any diffrent, the whole point of doing the quest is so that you can buy the rune plate from him, and if most people were like me, they saved up the money before they did the quest and once the quest was complete went running back to Oziach so that they could buy the plate and show it off, if there lvl was high enough! (but then again I did this quest back in classic, when getting the plate was actually an accomplishment)

I did have that happen once to me, I went into the orge shaman cave to finish my quest and I guess this guy/girl had just died when I went in there, I didnt see him/her die, I just saw a pile of high lvl ranger items, at the time I thought myself lucky, but did feel sorry for the guy/girl that lost them.

In F2P lesser's are one of the best monsters to kill for fast money, plus one of them has a great safe spot to train range/magic.

The only time I use a diffrent website is when I need a quest guide and tip it doesnt happen to have one up yet, and another website does. I use to use another website for the item database, but since tip it finally got one, I use it now. Other than that I think tip it is much better in their guides and they are the easiest to use that I have found.

I would definitly be upset about losing my character I have now, she is the only one I have ever had. But at the same time I think it would be fun starting from scratch and getting to redo all of those quests, but only as long as I would get to start with my same name.

The only time my loading slows down some is when I log on right after a new update, after that my loading time goes back to the 7 to 8 seconds and that is with high detail (i would never think of playing on low detail with dsl). So I dont think that they should cut down on the updates, they have never bothered my logging on speed. At least RS isnt like EQ and you wait 5 min for the dang thing to upload and have to click through several windows before you finally get to start playing :roll:

+1 is there anything that goes in case 17 ? im stuck on 148 kudos =/ Yes you fill it by doing the observatory quest. I have a quest cape, not filled though :-s I had to talk to the guy a second time to fill in case 17, not sure why i wouldnt tell him about it the first time

Either basic clothes (black top and bottom) or Black dragonhide green gloves boots of lightness some kind of cape (currently purple) eye patch (arr) catspeak amulet (if I have my cat out) and sometimes my crystal bow Obviously I dont have a good sense of fashion, lol :anxious:

I would say, try to make as many friends as you can, but stay far away from the scammers, they are pretty easy to spot, read as much as you can in the knowledge base so that you will know as much as possible. Try to make as much money as possible, it can go away pretty fast. Dont worry about combat so much, work as much as you can on your skills, especially mining, smithing, woodcutting and fletching, those are the money makers. Do try and get a pair of bunny ears, I think they are so cute and have always wanted a pair (guess I should have tryed harder when that event was out ).
