The challange scroll is a 1:20,000 drop right?... or so I've heard. Personally, I don't see the point.

 

 

 

I've never had a challange scroll from any creature as it happens, yet I have 80m+ combat experience... those are some specatular odds against getting a scroll.

i got lesser demon once during slayer assingment, but dropped it because i cba to do it

No justice in the world at all. I have killed thousands of lesser demons for champs scroll(quit that now). And my sis gets lessers as slayer task and gets champ scroll first drop and dies to the champion.

I haven't had any yet, I would just get it to unlock the music. It's one of the two musics I've left to unlock. (Can anyone tell me EXACTLY to get Night Of The Vampyre???)

The whole championscroll thing could be cool if the droprates were much better. Now its totally pointless. Well, it would be pointless anyway, but if the droprates were a bit normal, it would be fun. No it just isn't.

 

I think the drop rate it good, if there was a way to show you did it like a banner or something. That way you can show you did something rare.

When I'd RC I always used to kill an imp if there was one near the glory teleport spot just incase I'd get one.

 

 

 

I have no idea why I wanted one, I guess the fact they were quite rare kind of spurred me... Even though you couldn't "show off" you'd done it.

 

 

 

Perhaps they should have added wearable rewards as well because the slayer and HP XP really isn't worth the bother...

People want them so they can beat the champion's challenge minigame.

i got one randomly killin goblins, i took full stock of lobbies and it turns out hes lvl 44, that was dissapointing(did i spell that rite?)

 

 

 

i only got 500 slayer exp too, then again, thats alot for a lvl 5 slayer(lvl 26 now)

I always used to kill imps when I passed them, just in case. No scrolls yet.

Yes, I think its a little pointless. But you can say you achieved something hard.

I had a lessers slayer task, and while killing them got one as a drop. However, I thought it was just a blood splat (I guess, even though I don't think there are any in the Karamja volcano, lol). I was on the other side of the area killing them, and it kinda stood out to me. I quickly clicked to go pick it up, but as I was running to it, it dissapeared. I was very upset about that, lol.

 

 

 

And also, everytime I see an imp I kill it now too... just in case, lol.

I think they are a great idea, but they should add more champions and make them easier to get, maybe they should somehow keep a count of how many you kill and when you reach 100 or so can get a drop that is as random as a clue scroll.

 

 

 

That way more people would get them, and it wouldnt be so frustrating. Also the better ones could include a couple of dragons etc so that to be the champions champion is a real challenge.

Bad idea, they are meant to be a challenge, but what is the reward from becoming the champion of champions ?

I remember when the scrolls first came out, I camped at Zombies in the wilderness for days, got about 800k attack experience there without anything :(

 

 

 

Killed 1000+ of each monster that drops them and had nothing >=(
