Yes, we have now got another colour of the trade screen! Or atleast the second one looks diffrent. Here is a photo:

 

 

 

 

 

 

The new colour system works like this:

 

 

 

The items or items name/names appears in brown. The amount of the item/items decides which color the amount has.

 

 

 

If the amount is between 1-99,999 the amount will be shown in yellow.

 

 

 

If the amount is between 100,000 (100k)-9,999,999 (9,999999M) the amount will be shown in white.

 

 

 

If the amount is 10M+ the amount will be displayed in green.

 

I'm not sure if all amounts over 10M is shown in green, so if anybody knows if it is or if it's not, please contact me here or in game through PM, or post in this thread. I will then edit this post.

 

 

 

The trade screen is not completly new, but it's new colors. What you think of it? Good or bad? Better than the first one, or worse? Post away :).

Excuse me for being a pessimist, but changing the color of the second trade screen is not going to dramatically change the scamming situation. If you think about it, the only people who get scammed are those who don't read the second screen carefully. Do yourself a favor and take 10 seconds to read the second screen. :shock:

Anyway, this is better than nothing. A better idea may be

 

Bolding and make the colour of text in RED once the quantities of items are altered 1.5 seconds before proceeding to 2nd trade screen and lock the accept key for 3 seconds to prevent traders from accepting scams accidentally

 

 

 

These may help more as the change is more obvious for the victim

Ya seen as how the ppl that do get scammed are the ones that dont read the second trade screen, this seems kinda useless.

Hmm, a minor improvement. Doesn't really help, but it ain't bad either.

It's ok, not a huge deal imo, just some different colors, but we'll take what we get. :)

I remember some one suggesting this on Tipit.

 

I like it. Just some added colours, makes the game fun!

It will help prevent scams somewhat. I guess that's why JAGeX introduced it.

I hate the fact that when you trade in millions it dosen't say x million anymore. I just sold 10k nats and it said (3000K, 3,000,000). The color I don't mind, but removing that was pointless and is a step in the wrong direction imo.

So i see you are still merchanting lol...
