June 29, 200719 yr I just couldn't believe that when my friend is rs said it....though it was a bad joke or fake death as Undertaker's. Then checked out WWE home page and there it was...found in his home with his wife and son...murdered. I just couldn't believe that he murdered his wife and his own child?! I just don't get it. I think that he was at a low ebb after Eddie's death but just acted funny. Rest In Peace Chris Benoit 1967-2007.

July 1, 200719 yr His wife filed for divorce once as well because Chris had a pretty bad temper I honestly don't see why WWE is paying him tribute, sure he did a lot of good things for the company but in my opinion anyone who kills their wife and son (who had a genetic disorder) isn't worthy of praise, apparently he killed his son using a wrestling chokehold... Now that is just plain sick I don't care if it was the steroids that caused him to do it, he shouldn't have been taking them in the first place, it lead to the deaths of two innocent people... He deserves it..what an a*hole.First of all most of us didn't know exactly what had happened when we posted. Second, it's simply not our place to judge. If there's an afterlife he'll have to deal with what he did there. Third, everybody who knew him will tell you that he was, up until the moment he snapped, a good man who inspired thousands with his performance in the ring. He was respected and loved as a father figure and mentor behind the screens. He'll be sorely missed.
