March 20, 200917 yr Author Lady Shahdie Achieves 99 Mining Guys that was such a blast! I must say the party exceeded my expectations x100. What made it so great had nothing to do with my planning but merely the awesomeness of the RuneScape community. Ever since I joined Tip.It I have met some great scapers and that is what has made this game the most worthwhile. Putting on that cape was no where near the immense gratitude I felt for all you people that took the time out of your day to show up for this event. Thank you oncemore so much. Below I've posted several pictures from the party! I had to switch them down to low detail hawtness because my poor CamStudio was hanging for dear life not to crash due to all the rocking party guests that were appearing on the screen! I quite love the photos that some of you have snapped and I will, if you don't mind , be posting those in replacement of the original screenies. March 23, 200917 yr Author Thanks all for all the warm wishes! Many have been inquiring what direction I truly wish to go next. So I will officially state it here so there will be no more confusion any longer. There are several 99s that have peaked my interest on my journey to 99 mining. Despite my old adage that "I'm not really a fighter," combat was a great way for me to take a break whenever I needed to and I'm quite sold on going for 99 def some day. However, I'm still a skiller at heart so I still decided against a combat 99. There was also the other gathering skills such as fishing (catch fishies at a faster rate, yes please :D) and woodcutting (not as a big a fan of wc however it still has its merits) that are unable to be purchased which caused me to like that aspect of those skills. However, at the end of the day, I'm truly a Mason (no pun intended one of the clans I happen to be a member of) of Runescape. And what is a Mason without the ability to wrought amazing pieces out of precious metals? So if you haven't guessed it by now...my next official 99 attempt shall be...SMITHING! However, I'm taking things slow as I have truly had to invest much time and energy on 99 mining. For now the blog will be temporarily closed until I can resume the voracious activity of leveling that I have done once before. Since I started this blog when I was about to achieve 80 mining, I shall revamp this into my 99 smithing blog when I'm around 79 smithing! Oncemore thank you dear blog readers for all your interest in my RuneScape endeavors. I love being able to connect with so many people while pursuing such goals.
