Some of these new activities are easy for most players, others will test your survivability to the limits... Otto Godblessed has been researching his history and training people in the ways of his ancestors, and now he's ready to teach you. From his hut on the banks of the lake at the top of Baxtorian Falls, you'll go Fishing with your bare hands, mix fish eggs into your potions, wield one-handed spears and, finally, go deep into the ancient cavern beneath the lake. The new abilities you can learn from Otto have new things to do right up to level 95 Firemaking, 85 Crafting, 96 Fishing, 76 Strength, 85 Herblore and 90 Smithing. If you're keen to haul sharks from the sea bare-handed or to send ancient barbarian heroes to their rest in style, you'd best check out Otto's training. And then there's the cavern... Once you gain access to the Ancient Cavern, you'll find some of the most dangerous beasts in all the lands of RuneScape, beasts that the barbarians have been fighting for centuries. It seems you must do some of the training before jumping into the whirlpool where the mith dragons are ... else you get hit for 11 (10?) HP. [to get to Mithril Dragons area?] You have to do the FM, Fish and herblore section. Fish: Get the rod from his bed, get some feathers and fish. FM: Get a strung bow and use it on a log. Herblore: Get a attack pot (2) and use Roe from a fish on it. (use a knife on a fish for Roe) Mithril Drags hit with range, mage and melee, and have incredibly high defence. mith drags drop 3 mith bars 100% brutal greens drop 2 green hides 100% Best way to kill miths = Melee armour + mage protect meleeing These dragons are bloody hard even for the more experienced players to bring down. Using magic/range is without a doubt the only way to take down more then three a trip. [mith drag] They hit with 2 kinds of mage atacks' date=' one of them hits through prayer.[/quote'] they use a ranged' date=' a mage and a melee attack. July 3, 200718 yr 7-31 prayer restore with the new mixes, useful. Every potion price will fall down, the new mixes - if tradeable - are gonna cost allot. ;>

July 3, 200718 yr its not going worth much i think onyl for it looks but no str or pray bonus and def bonus of torags is still better but the update is nice :)
July 3, 200718 yr i think to kil the mith dragon you need to kill it with a special spear you made. Learn to smith the traditional barbarian hasta - a one-handed spear or more likely it will help in killing the dragon a lot like the yakhide armour from fremenik isles.if thats true then was wright when i made that statement \

July 3, 200718 yr Wow, great update.. It also looks like you can get a dragon full helm by lighting pyre ships.. Seems alot safer to me.
