July 5, 200719 yr They should boost the power of the KBD and give it the Dragon Large drop, as well. When they did this, they'd need to make it more common from Mith Dragons (equivalent to the D chain from a kq) and make the helm from the KBD as rare as a d chain from a Dust Devil.

July 5, 200719 yr God Black Dragon ? That would be kind of good. But it is about time JaGeX has made a dragon stronger than it. Compare this, say they were both Metal Dragons Mithril > Black. King always equals for physically strongest being? Not if the King is tired and old...but the King has servants if needed. True some servants can be stronger then the King but most likely the King has more power. Not sure if anyone really read this but there's a good idea from Latino. Maybe increase the drops a bit to make it more worthwhile but to have minions or servants of the KBD making it a more challanging fight.

Not metallic dragons.thats very true actually, regular dragons and metallic dragons are not related, in fact I believe the metallic dragons were created by someone, so it would make sense that they would be in noway tied to the regular dragons. But either way I think the kbd is becoming too weak, and that fact that another non-boss monster has surpassed it only proves it. It's becoming difficult to call the KBD a super boss. Those ancient pages all indicate the metal dragons, thought dragons at heart, were somehow enhanced or manufactured by a higher being. This could indicate that the kbd is still the king of all NATURALLY occuring dragons.

July 6, 200719 yr Really sorry to say this, but, the day of the KBD is dead. He is still the king... of BLACK DRAGONS! Doesn't make him the strongest dragon. His most fabled drop back in the day, the Dragon Medium Helmet, is now a piece of scrap metal, overshadowed by far better helmets (now even a Dragon Large). Just accept it, he is dead. Queen Black Dragon does sound nice though. Even White Dragons. :White Dragons are extinct species. They lived in 3rd age but not anymore.

KBD has an awesome fire breath, mithril dragons are just better in melee and have subpar firebreath. Soloing 10 mithril dragons is possible. Soloing 10 KBDs, idk... July 6, 200719 yr well i do agree that the kbd should have beter drop list but i disagree that he is weeker when the mith dragon lets say that we somehow put the mith dragon to the kbds lair and let them fite each other im almost sure the kbd will defeat the mith dragon wow that would be awesome.
