NOT counting pking, duel arena, whatever. they just died fighting a monster My little brother is level 59, and earlier today he was training at moss giants, and a level 40 ranger went there, after awhile the ranger was dying and started walking away, and a deadly red spider killed him. My little brother was there, he picked up the stuff, full steel, staff, just junk. then he picked up the money. he looks in his inventory, to see that he picked up 837k cash. Earlier today i was killing infernal mages for slayer, and a level 122 died, but i was browsing this forum and didn't see it and i didn't get anything, he was wearing full saradomin d hide, a fury amulet, a defence skill cape and a whip -.- Treasure trail items: 9Dragon drops: 0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kashi Posted July 8, 2007 Share Posted July 8, 2007 Well, when you say dying, do you mean dying of their own accord, or maybe you were the one who caused them to die? Best thing I ever picked up from a death pile was an Obsidian Shield, from someone at the Tz-Haar area, the day they came out (they were about 1.5-2m then). I saw the guy start to go down, and when he died my stomach kind of flipped over, and when I ran over there (along with the 5-6 other people in the area) I managed to get the shield off the top of the pile. :) Can't help but feel bad for the guy, but this was before I could do Barrows, and as such I was pretty broke, all the time. I ended up keeping the shield, but still it was nice. Made me feel a bit less poor. Also, by the way, I think there are probably a dozen threads on this topic already. How about you just drag one of those up, there was one within the last week or two. He also dropped an abyssal whip, Torag's helmet, some rune boots, an obby cape, some pray pots, a restore pot, an air staff, a law stack, and a ton of sharks, but the person in the tomb fighting alongside him got most of it before I made it over (I nearly got the rune boots too, but misclicked on the air staff instead :wall: ). What he kept was: Torag's platebody, Torag's platelegs, and a dragon battleaxe. It took me a minute to realize my 1k pile turned into 15k, sold the 14k for 4.5m. Second best was some 126 forgot her shield at miths... Free black cav for me.
