I dunno, I'm allergic to bacon myself :-k .

I guess your allergic to pigs then?

Not exactly. Strangely enough, I'm not allergic to sausage, but I am to bacon.

Not sure why, maybe it's based on the way they're prepared and preserved, or what part of the pig it comes from, I dunno :-k .

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

I've kept kosher my whole life, so I've never tried bacon. However, Fakin' (a vegetarian bacon impersonator :P ) is pretty good, so I can guess that real bacon would hold some deliciousness appeal too :D

Everybody hug and spread the love :D

it may have a crappy slogan but its still a good burger... for fast food

It also has some of the worst, most stupid commercials of all time. Like the one for the triple stack cheeseburger (a pretty good burger if I do say so myself). I mean, whats up with that? they;re kicking trees....

Oh, and they have Wendy's in Canada? World-wide franchise, I guess... I don;t even know why I'm surprised, I've had McDonalds in Italy (really awful, too, made me tango with the toilet if you know what i mean)...I don;t know why I'm still typing....hitting "submit"...

Did anyone else find it strange that the nutrition facts listed on the first page for a 4.5g piece of bacon said that it contained 7g of fat?

Weird..

That's normal. Just take anything package, it usually does not add up.

I'm pretty sure it's because the grams of the elements do not weight the same thing as the weight of the actual result.

I don't know who to feel sorry for... the company, the workers who have to put up with the demand, or the poor farm animals being turned into bacon and beef as we speak just for fattened people to become even fatter.

I agree.

Well. You sure did a good job advertising. I'm sure half the people here will buy one now because of this thread. I think Wendy's should pay you for making this thread. :D

Okay, this is really serious. I looked up the nutritional information for the baconator on wendy's website.

1920 grams of sodium(salt)

milligrams mate, milligrams. There's not 1.9kg of salt in that burger :P

You sure about that? Bacon is salty you know. :P

I have never tried bacon so you won't find me buying one of those! TO be honest, I despise fast food beef burgers unless it comes with poutine fries. Restaurant burgers are fine though. I never really fathomed a meat other than beef (or chicken from chik-fil-a) in a burger.

7g of fat for one tiny slice of 4 tiny grams.

I

Wait a minute...I don't understand you. How can there be 7 grams of fat in something with a mass of only 4 grams?

You know what we need? Holographic food! Like in StarTrek, you sit down in the holographic room, turn on the program, and eat whatever you want. It would taste as great as the real food, you're psychological desire for fatty foods would be fulfilled, and no weight gained :XD:

Bacon is hard to get and is pretty expensive to have a lot and people [in general] love food that is greasy and has fat. Also people like hard and sometimes crispy meat. Now if they would like to get some people attention they should make a hamburger that is made out of BEEF JERKY.... =P~

And the cavemen wondered how to make fire...

Im in the .00001% that finds Firemaking fun. If you find it fun add this to your siggy.

 Although im sad at my failed attempt to get you people to not eat it, It is kinda funny that im seeing references to the Baconator all over the boards.
