My last concernt was RUSH on June 30th, at SPAC (Saratoga Preforming Arts Center) It was a great show, RUSH does a incredible job with their lights and movies. Go RUSH! Go RUSH! I'm going to see them tomorrow in Calgary at the Saddledome. I'm sooooo excited... I'm a HUGE RUSH fan. I also saw Sunday of the Nakusp MusicFest, which is ranked in the top five music festivals in Canada. It was AWESOME. There was Skavenjah, Glass Tiger and Tom Cochrane & Red Rider. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. Ragen Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 Party in the Park (Leeds). It was cold and wet and really bad music. I enjoyed it though and it was free. Before that I went to see Stone Sour around the 13th of May. It was the best night of my life and completely rekindled my love of life and music. They were exceptional. He went to a White Stripes show probably about 6 hours away in TN on a Friday night, drove all of the way back, didn't sleep, and finally went to a friend's guitar recital Sat. morning. When I asked him if the show was good he told me that if he never saw Thom Yorke or Radiohead live again ( or something along those lines), he wouldn't even care. He said it was the best show he has been to. Then another one of my friends saw them at Bonaroo I think it was and he said it was one of his favorite shows, and he's seen a ton. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."
