I *almost* met a guy from the internet (well, xbox live). We played, so we added each other on msn to chat and tell each other when we was going to be on xbl next. Well after talking on xbl.. and msn.. we started getting really close. And jokingly I gave him my number cause we was talking about how it sucks when someone we talk to a lot on the internet disappears.. and one day.. he called me. :shock: well we talked and talked... we already exchanged pictures on msn...and web cam'ed before.. so we knew for sure who we was talking to lol.. well everyday for a year we talked on the phone.. and got extremely close...and we was planning on meeting last year at the beach.. like.. we had everything booked...but.. a month before that time came.. we started agruing..he told my best friend something I told him that i didn't want people in person knowing.. he really didn't mean to.. he was just trying to help, but nonetheless still made me mad. And during me being mad at him.. I started getting close to a guy at school.. we flirted the entire year.. but never *went out* cause he was suppose to move.. to make the longer story short.. me and the guy from school ended up hanging out.. and i fell for him..couldn't stop it (and yes, he didn't move cause of me :D).. so the guy from xbl found out.. and completely ended it with me..and by that time it was 2 weeks before we was suppose to meet :(

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

we didn't talk for a few months.. but after that, he had his gf, and i had my bf.. so we became friends... i still consider him a best "faceless" friend.. hes called me once or twice just to catch up on life.. it was nice...i wish we woulda met, just so i would KNOW... :(

The time has come to meet my oldest RuneScape friend...IN PERSON!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Six years ago (when I was 14), I was a Runescape player. I played several hours a day after school and had fun doing it. Long story short, one of these times I was playing, I happened to venture into the Varrock Sewers at the ripe old level of 43. Now, this may be a strange place to do something like this (a sewer), but...I met a girl! Yes, I met a girl. In a sewer. My grandchildren will be proud.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways...This girl was, of course, Tigra00, the girlfriend I am always saying owns this tip.it account, and not myself. We hit it off and were friends right away. After about a year of being friends, we both confessed to eachother that we had feelings for eachother. Ever since then, we've considered ourselves a couple almost the entire time. There was a couple rocky moments where we took a month-or-two long break, but that's it. We've been together almost the entire 5 years.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't wish to ramble on giving life stories, so I'll just put it this way...We've always discussed meeting eachother, and last summer we were *THIS* close, but at the last moment, my flight was cancelled and we just decided to wait a few months (which turned into another year) for the time to be right again. Well, two days ago, the timing became right. We were talking about meeting since May, but we never went into "planning-mode". Two days ago, I called her up and this was basically our conversation...

"So, my family is going on vacation, and I figured, why not just follow them down there since it's on the way, and I'll come see you?"

"My mom is here right now and she told me she wanted me to come stay at her house for a month..."

So, it was settled THAT easy. Since we've been together, EVERY YEAR we've talked about meeting, but never got around to actually doing it. We live about 1000 miles apart, so..It's really kinda' hard to plan. All those years of "planning" and a 5 minute phone call 1-up's it all. Amazing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, my fellow Tipiteer's (Trademark?!) and ex-RuneScape players...That's that. For years I've waited for this, and it's finally going to happen. I'm pretty happy about the whole thing. I believe it was Mad4u and Dusqi who met, and I was totally envious of them. Whoever it was, I was wishing I was that lucky the whole time I heard about it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, what else can I say? I hope her and I have a lot of fun...I dunno' what we're all going to do yet, but I'm sure it'll be a very eventful 2 weeks. So, when you're wondering where I am from August 6th to August 18th, try looking 1000 miles away from where I am now! :P

I've given my girlfriend flowers plenty of times, she loves them. With the roses I get her she usually hangs them upside down in her room, and lets them dry.

 

 

 

I think the best thing to give someone in terms of a flower is a Phalaenopsis orchird (also known as the moth orchid), probably the white one with red throat. (Yeah, I used to work in a garden centre \).
