Picture of new prayer interface: Chivalry (Lvl 60 prayer) that requires also 55 def + the new quest, and it boosts your defence 20%, strenght 18% and attack 15% The Piety (lvl 70 pray) that requires also 70 def+ that new quest and boosts your defence by 25%, strength by 23% and attack by 20% RSN: 1 day late | Private chat: On | 60 ATTACK | 81 STRENGTH | 72 HITPOINTS | | 80 MAGIC | 13 PRAYER | 1 DEFENSE | 65 COMBAT | Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

atestarossa Posted July 24, 2007 Share Posted July 24, 2007 to use the new prayers, you got to finish the new quest, and some training in camelot. and according to the knowlegde base, you can't use them at the same time as smite or protect prayers... but at the same time as the other stat-increasing prayers... so it Adds +25% to your Defence, +23% to your Strength and +20% to your Attack + increadible reflexes, ultimate strenght and steel skin at the same time. so that will mean... err, 40% defence, 38% strenght, and 35% increased attack.... god, this is scary :P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Some quick extrapolation of that 38% strength boost in the tip.it max hit calculator now bring the max hit for the dd spec at a very scary 45x2 damage! So a dds spec is as powerfull as the dark bow spec, at only 25% spec bar and costing 50k...(of course, the damage is probably of by 1-2 damage points) Still, if those new prayers are stackable with the old strength boosting ones, melee just got a hefty boost in wildy. Poor rangers and especially poor mages! That 40% def boost along with the attack and strength boots will give dragon hide wielding melee'ers serious power over mages.
