So how much gold have YOU ever had?

My friend and I admitted that to any player, his/her account's economic well-being is something that's desired universally. Almost no one can have too much gold on runescape. The more, the better! So here's a question for you:

 

 

 

How much do you have right now? And of course, what was the most you've ever had? What did you do with all that gold?!

Actually you can have too much money..... if you had 2,147,483,648 gp you would actually break the game! as 2,147,483,647 is the max number the 32 but system can go to....... the fact you have 1gp to much would actually start deleating data from the game :anxious:

There was a guy who complained about the gp max awhile ago. He must have gone over it and lost it all. He says it goes to negative gp if you do. Most Ive had was 170mil. Im down to 3mil cash after buying 37k dragon bones.(I did this immediately after the pc update)

The xp is calculated with fractions of xp too.... so for a task you can get 3.5xp (for example) this means that the max xp is one desimal palce less 214,748,364.7 to be exact. However it was decided that to ahve this as the max xp would look a bit messy so it was set back to 200m rather than 214.___M

do you think that it is possible that if jagex changed all GP in to bronze pieces where 10 bronze = 1 silver, and 10 silver = 1 gold, 1 gold = 100 bronze

 

 

 

the game wouldn't know that that they equaled that amount, but what you could do is convert it, and if you tried to convert 300,000m gold into bronze, it would say that it does not have enough bronze, and you would just kept the gold?

 

 

 

so the gold, silver, and bronze, max would each be 2.1bil, so you basicly had 210bil bronze, which in normal gp be 210bil

you wouldn't have to give up 2 more spaces unless you got to the point where 2 bil wasn't enough any more, i would think that bronze would be the most common being the lowest amount and all, silver and gold would only be useful if you got a crazy amount of money otherwise just be pointless

Basically total xp will be able to display upto the max (or probaly 2billion) after that point players will probaly be able to continue to 200mill in each skill but the number in the highscores could not be displayed acurate.

 

 

 

At a guess though nobody expected somthing like that to be know about.... The did not even expect to get 1million players (players not members) I doubt they expected 1billion total xp!

I have like 4m now, most I ever had was like 55m. I blew it on the bones to get 84-99 Prayer. Good timing also, seeing as d bones just shot up to about 1.7k each. I saved 20m+ :ohnoes:.

anywayz, my max is little bit more then 12m when I did have to sell all my member stuff for f2p, now i got only 11m cause I bought some rune ess, but can get like 14m if i sell all my stuff :XD: ( I think )
