Is this fair?

sounds like what happened to me.

 

 

 

People pissed me off twice, and I cussed at them. These were 2 seperate ocassions though. (2 offences)

 

 

 

I spammed 2 or 3 lines of "askofdjypaodnbjopy" stuff because I died due to a browser glitch. (1 offense)

 

 

 

I said "Selling nice fresh weed(s)! Freshly picked!" after which someone said "lol, good one" after I he traded me and I showed the weeds from farming. I then said "Dont do drugs kids" to go along with it. I then put on my green mask and said "They'll mess you up and make you look like this", to which he and another person or two laughed.

 

 

 

A few months later I got black marks for all of these and a legecy offence, which by the way is total bull crap. You cant appeal it, or even see what you did.

ot: jagex ban system totally sucks, you get banned for the most crappy things, and the people who really do something wrong just go on..

It's sad they "pile" you with all those offences at once. But truth be told, you committed them all, I think. So I guess it could be said justice was made, even though in an unfair way.

About the 7 year thing... are you pointing out that you are 7 years old and haven't ever done anything bad or that you can't count/are lieing about how long you have been playing? RuneScape was launched on the 4 of January, 2001.

The same sorta thing happened to me. I was just innocently playing along one day when I was kicked off. I went to go check the appeal offence part of the site. When I went there it turned out I had been banned for something 3 months earlier. I didn't mind being banned as much as I was mad about Jagez waiting 3 months to ban me. I could have used those three months doing much better things, then training an account with a death sentence on it's head.

It's fair, Jagex could ban you for NOTHING and it would be fair. They own your account, not you. But you broke rules so it further justifies your banning, restart or leave because your question has been answered many times over. IT IS FAIR.

That would be illegal, anyway you recieved the service you paid for by Jagex, they can do whatever they want to your account, as its their property.

I would send a message to customer support. Appeal the ones that you can, and apologize (its your best bet, believe me)

That is totally unfair.

 

Maybe a mistake? But if not a mistake they should surely have warned you before getting banned.

 

Especially with an account you spent so much time on, i hate seeing high levelled accounts getting banned because i know how i would feel if i were to be banned. (luckily i have 0 blackmarks, i'm a good runescapian)
