Plus the majority of the Jagex staff is customer support and all they do all day is review countless abuse reports and I think that they make the correct decision most of the time. I have the upmost respect for them and hope they keep up the good work.

 

 

 

For having the majority of their staff in customer support they have a really really bad customer support.

Yes I have admitted to breaking these rules, but that doesn't make the punishment just. Just because I broke some rules doesn't mean any punishment is fine. It should be a more suitable punishment like perm ban, considering how most of my offenses were rule 1.

 

 

 

As for returning, its because a lot of my friends play and I worked hard on my account. I don't care who runs the game. I stay outta their business, they stay outta mine and im fine.

i fell for you bro. i got 7.5 blk all suddenly. jagex blk marks are controlled by a monkey that pressed random bottoms -.- they are immature noobs that can't have good control. they should really be more into waht they do :-X

Okay, you wanna be all right and satisfied go on. Yeah, they don't really 'toss em out at free will', that was a bit foolish what I said. I'm losing interest in this game again anyway. Emp got me to come back in the first place, he introduced me to this game 5 years ago and i've been playing it with him every time I have been playing.

 

 

 

Jagex is not 'evil and corrupt'. We're just frusterated right now. He'll get over it i'm sure. Maybe he does deserve it. It's just hard to swallow for Emp since it came way out of nowhere.

That's pretty unfair. Probably Jagex's infamous automatic responses again. I take it you know you will eventually get a Last chance appeal through? It can take a few months, but I think they're very often accepted. Might still be worth talking to them through customer support though.

I can understand that you are mad at the fact that Jagex gave you all those offences at the same time. But still if you break the rules you deserve to be punished no matter when. Also the fact(if it is,not calling you a liar just saying it is possible) that you were kidding does nothing to change that you broke the rules,as many other people have said Jagex has no way of knowing if you were kidding or not.

 

 

 

I personally never joke about something that has to do with scamming because I know there might the a chance that someone reports me before I can specify it is a joke.

okay, heres all i have to say, i got banned for no reason in 2003 on my first ever runescape account, couple months ago jagex gave me a chance to appeal so i did, then my brother 2 weeks later got his acct back from being banned so ill get to the point, give it a couple years, start a new main, hell i got a lvl 70 and a lvl 59 now lol :mrgreen:

Most of my offences r just for swearing at some ppl who get me mad, and yes I deserve to be muted, i'll admit that but not lose my account. I got black marks for joking around like "selling a rare black shark". I even said jking and lol after i said that... Guess u shouldn't joke around

 

 

 

Firstly- everyone knows that swearing is forbidden, so it shouldn't have come as a suprise. Getting mad at people is NOT an excuse, it just shows that you are taking this game too seriously and have some problems with your nevers.

 

 

 

Secondly- people with that low sence of humor shouldn't even be let to appeal any of their offences- the joke is so old that it has become very, VERY idiotic in time, and i do understand their desision.

In my opinion, cussing isn't too big of a deal, I know that its hard not to swear sometimes. Also for the joking around part, if jagex didnt catch that jk, then I guess theres nothing you can do.

 

 

 

To all those that are against him, think about losing your character in *1* day going from lets say 0 blackmarks to 15! Yeah, don't deny it, you'll come here and complain how unfair it is too. Because it is unfair! If they were year old reports, they blackmarks should have been dealt a year ago. I know if I had a warning before hand Id stop breaking the rules and be more cautious.
