O_M_G_Guasto
A rather simple suggestion, hearing your skill cape emotes (or those used within 1 or 2 squares away from you). So yeah, what do you people think?
wild_goat_14
Sounds good at first, but imagine hearing the craking from the FM emote or the swirl from Magic every 3 seconds. No thanks. I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete. So, what is 1.111... equal to?10/9. Please don't continue.
Umega
The quest cape would sound awesome. :P You would at least get a better expierence from wearing your cape I guess. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

nicrune007
Yeah i would want sound Hey Nicrune007 , Whats Your Username? 99 Ranged on 2/6/07 99 Hit Points on 9/5/08 99 Defense on 26/4/08 99 Attack on 14/2/09 99 Strength on 25/2/09 99 Slayer on 13/9/09\:D/
iwatake
That's a good idea, it's rather strange and bland using the cape's emotes and not hearing anything. It would make more sense with a sound effect for them.
heartless619
no thank you, hearing every new person that gets a skill cape playing it over and over... then there are the group of people that would do it jsut to annoy others..plus after you've heard the fletching emote a million times..... P.s i play sound off anyways cause normal rs music stinks IGNORE THESE FOUR WORDS
robbyfighter
I never listen do the rs music or sounds , and I think a lot of people do it the same as me . I think the sounds are annoying.

P.s i play sound off anyways cause normal rs music stinks Isn't it the same with people teleporting in Camelot, or alching in banks, for example? If it bothers you, you can always turn area sounds off. I support the suggestion, it'd be nicer if the Cape also had some kind of sound effect. This signature is intentionally left blank. My point was that there are also other repetitive, annoying sounds, like those of teleporting or alching, but you can still turn the off as part of the "area sounds". It would be the same for the sound in the Capes. This signature is intentionally left blank.
The Real ET
I like sound and support this completely. I'd love to here my quest cape lifting off the ground in a fit of questing electric poer!!! Cowards can't block Warriors.

Voldmort0
Oh, I had the impression sounds already existed by reading some of the replies. Think it's a good idea. Though it should be possible to hear for the owner only or, like it was said before, it'd just become "spammy".
