I think the girl should do whatever she wants, it is her body, and she should think of her well being before everything else. A baby that was just "created" is not a couscious being, if she wants an abortion, then she just has to do it and move on. You can't compare a young lady's life with her entire future in front of her with a form of life that doesn't even have a brain yet. I can only laugh at christian people who say it is a "life" and that the girl should be forced to keep it, it wouldn't be the first time the church belittles women. For christianity, all that's important is multiplication, multiplication, and multiplication, which is an obvious choice : a bigger amount of christian children, means a bigger amount of christians and followers, an easily controlled population.

It's a little unfair on the teenagers (Even though they got themselves in the mess) but they will have to look after and bring up a child at such a young age. If they are in School/College/University it could vastly effect them.

 

 

 

 

 

I don't really believe in abortions, but when you're a teenager and a child could mess up your future, it would probably be the wisest thing to do. :|

 

 

 

But then again, if they think they're ready for a child and can maintain it well, then go ahead. You should just think about everything first.

I've had quite a few scares when i was younger, she was not on the pill but like TI im always strapped needless to say that I was not ready for a kid BUT i would not turn my back on a child I helped bring to this world, only because i never met my father he got my moms pregnant at 19 and he just jetted, and i know how much that hurts and i can't bear to do it to anyone, If you are gonna have sex do it right as some of you guys been saying, but there are accidents condoms do not protect you 100%

 

But its better to be 99% protected than not using one, so dont be a fool wrap your tool...

Ithink once a teen has a baby, they should get anotherone, and aim for alot, like set a goal " I want 20 babies by the age of 35 . "Now thats COMPETETION!

ok i dont know about most of you here but it seems like u think school comes first. well over in the uk i finished school at 15 just turned school is a load of bull no one really needs it am doing fine without it i have a fair bit of money and own 2 homes

 

 

 

School is worth it if you want a good job. I'll bet alot of people who left school at 15/16 or just bunked most of it are now in dead end jobs earning just enough a year to support themselves.

I think I'm going to go a little bit in depth on my thoughts, me having nothing to do at the moment.

 

 

 

First of all the child should not have sex before the age of 18 at the very least, over 20 or even until you are married is the best time. When you are below 18 you are pretty stupid, and still don't know all the hazards of doing things. You say its there choice, but its there choice to smoke also and that is harmful to there health as well. Parents are there for a reason, and they should be listened too. If you are that horny then there is your hand, phallangical device, or some other method that does not involve sex.

 

 

 

Its also setting up the wrong ideas for the would be male adult. Rather then sticking with his future wife, he might leave because of the way his mind was set when he had a teen wife. He thinks its ok to run off on her, because his parents thought it was fine as well.

 

 

 

Second it ruins your future life, how are you supposed to go back packing to Spain with your buddies if you have a child to care of. You can't, or you can't do it with the knowledge that your wife is at home taking care of the child and barely making due while you spend two weeks vacationing.

 

 

 

If they do decide to abort, this will sometimes completely screw up the female. In a community I was in a couple months ago the topic of abortion had come up. One of the staff members there had a friend who was 16 when she first conceived. Her parents forced her too abort the child. According to the staff member this girl is living out on the street now and spends all her money on drugs. Just because of a simple abortion.

The whole idea of teenage pregnancy sickens me. I detest seeing single teenage mothers, who are not even fit to look after themselves let alone anyone else, pushing push chairs with a poor baby inside with earings and some ludicrous little hair cut and trainers. What angers me even more is that the tax payer has to bail these reprobates out, providing council houses and weekly payments to compensate for their mistakes. I remember reading that some even deliberatly have children, as they know they have a far better chance of getting these commodities. Then these babys grow up to be tearaways through lack of a male influence or sheer poor parenting because their promiscuous mother is too infantile to bring up a child properly. This then leads to gang violence and innocents being beaten up by gangs of these animals.

There are always going to be examples but from my experience I mostly see this nonsense going on with the younger generation.

I'm fully against teenage pregnancies. The two parents both know there's a risk of a child, and in the situation they treat a kid as an accident or a disease. They're the future generation, not a virus. Then if the kid is born, often the father ditches. The kid grows to be a gangster, a bad influence, etc. The parents knew the risks, they just wanted the pleasure of the moment, not considering the future. These kinds of people sicken me.
