One of those every morning with plenty of stuffing, if you'll have a busy day and need to eat, you have that as a breakfast. Not a puny triangle of bread :P Unless you want to become a midget by eating so little, and I by the way have nothing against midgets I think I could hurt someone with that piece of bread.
