You've just proved yourselfthe example of the failing guaranteed polls. It's just a graphical update, there won't be any new content and voting for it won't help. Thinking this way seems pretty ignorant to me and doesn't help improving the game. I wonder how many people think exactly this same thing. Why the hell are you getting so upset? He wanted to vote for it and that's his right. Besides, I think he mean he also hopes that the monsters in the Fight Pits and Fight Caves get updated as well... P.S. However since I see and fight guards a lot more than I do elves I voted for the guards to be updated. Also although I'm not f2p I think they would like to be included in the graphical update and since to my knowledge there are no elves in f2p it would be nice for them to have guards updated as well. As for the npc character to be updated I really couldn't care less but voted Durandel. I voted on elves because they aren't really good looking, and i hope they will update the region to... and open up priffindas (dont know how you write it) Duradel because a lot of people see him a lot, and i will be seeing him a lot in the future... Duradel needs to look more hench.. as he has a slayer cape lol, but I voted for duradel and elves as elves reeeeaallly need an update to their looks. I think the first reason should be self explainatory, and as for the latter, like Someone said earlier...Maybe if they redo this race then they will decide its time to stick to this area and finish it up a bit more with other graphics and maybe even closure quests. Seriously, why vote tzaar, they already look great and are one of the most recent npc additions :-s WHy is lanthus last, hes easily the one who needs updating most. Imo, theres no reason to even try voting in these polls as all that ever wins is what the average lvl 60 wants. You say that TzHarr are old fashioned looking, but they are the most recent addition to the game on that list. The elves deserve the graphical update more than TzHarr. For anyone who has never seen an elf in game, let me introduce you to them. And here are the TzHaar for comparison. The elves could really use a clothing and hair update. Their clothing really needs some kind of accents or flair, rather than the flat body fitting clothing. The hair should be blond and long, projecting out from under their head wear. Which you also say in your other post. yes, in a way. like i said earlier, if it gets enough votes for tzhaar, so far nearly tripple the amount of votes for the 2nd place option. maybe jagex will understand we want this area to be looked at for future updates more then any other area. honestly, elves are okay, but lets face it a 5 year running quest line is DULL. so is their area i dont see the elf lands getting used any more then the ecotfunctus today. Armadyllo Posted November 16, 2007 Share Posted November 16, 2007 I know Seers aren't a very exciting group of characters, but they SO need some improvement. They're a bunch of men with generic outfits and generic beards, and they're almost all completely identical! They don't even animate when they're using their mystic abilities. There's so much more Jagex could have done with that area when they redecorated the village this year, such as giving the seers some mystical apparatus and furniture or fancy seeing-beyond-human-ken expressions. They look more like a geology faculty than a group of eldritch magi. Redesigning the TzHaar just sounds like a waste of time. They're already pretty cool.
