sheep455_is_the_best
Hello and Welcome to my Cheap-Fury-Guide! Oh my, Im broke! But I really want a Fury! Well, here is the guide for people who want to save extremely much on their Furies! There is a cacth, however.. Always a cacth. It takes a loong time.. Very long time. This method is good as sidegoal, for example if you are going for 99 skills or things like that. Part 1 Requirements for part 1... Gertrude's Cat Ring of Charos(a) will help alot. A lot of low-level fish, like; Raw Sardines, Raw Shrimps or other cheap fish. 14500 gold peices. The Method part 1 First equip your Ring of Charos(a), get 100 gp from the bank, and go to Gertrude's house west of Varrock. Talk to Gertrude and buy a new Kitten. Charm her and pick a colour. This will be useful later. Now raise your Kitten until it becomes a Cat. Feed it with the fish and Stroke it once in a while. When it becomes a cat stop feeding it. Just stroke it. While you are waiting for the Kitten or Cat to grow, train some skills. Flechting, Smithing, Herblore, basicly ANY skill where you use a bank often enough to ensure your Kitten doesn't run away because its hungry is perfect! When your Cat grows again and becomes an Overgrown Cat, Bank it and buy a new Kitten from Gertrude with the Ring of Charos(a). Pick the same colour as you did last time. Keep growing Kittens to Overgrown Cats until you have 145 Overgrown Cats. Yes 145 Overgrown Cats! Part 2 Requirements for part 2... Biohazard completed. High Agility would be an advantage, although you will be standing some time after running. 145 Overgrown Cats! Optional; 7 Ardougne Teleports. The Method part 2 Now go to Ardougne and take 12 Law and 12 Water runes and fill the rest of your Inventory with Overgrown Cats. Run to West Ardougne and sell your Cats to the Citizen for 100 Death runes EACH! Tele back to Ardougne, bank and run back. Repeat until you dont have anymore cats and 14500 Death Runes. Here is a map: Part 3 Requirements part 3 Karamja gloves 1 The Deaths from selling Cats. The Method part 3 Go to TzHaar in the Karamjan Volcano. Equip your Karamja Gloves 1. Go to the Southern part of the city and find the Rune-shop, however before you trade the seller change your mouse buttons to one. Now trade the seller and put your mouse in the area I drew on this picture: Now, you can just click and you will sell 50 Death runes every 2 clicks. When you sold all the Death Runes, go buy an Onyx Gem for 260000 Tokkul. Find a Crafter that can Assist you, and here you are, a cheap Fury! Notes... ...You can cash in your Cats before they become Overgrown, but if you are like me, using them all before selling them fo Tokkull, you should rather wait until you have all the 145 Overgrown Cats. Credits! Me, I wrote this guide! You, you read this guide! JaGEx, for making this awesome game! Tip.it, for item database, forums and questguides! Jordanweb
It's probably 98x faster to runecraft the deaths, nice guide however.
sheep455_is_the_best
Of course, this isn't the fastest way  It is an unusual way to do it. [Whip drops: 13]
SirHartlar
It is a good guide and you've set it out really well, but I don't think many would choose this option to get a fury. :P
Kazel
A nice way to do this would be to fish with your cat. That way, you can feed it one or two fish every time you get a full inventory. Nice guide, and it is indeed different. Not the fastest by far, but its like getting a fury for only 14.5K :XD: SLAYERGEEK
swordb88
lol 10/10 never thought of it this way, but hey, its original LOL invite? PM me :)
Mr_Adam
8/10 Very ... new[/u] way to get a fury, but very slow. It is amazingly cheap though! I might try myself.... maybe. Good side-thing to do while you skill a non-profitable skill like... construction, a nice bonus to mega leveling maybe? But What fish do the cats eat? How long does it take of gametime for it to become overgrown?
spongebob9189
I know it takes 4 hours to get a Cat. Not sure about Overgrown. I think it might be faster to sell the deaths to someone and buy chaos. Different Tokkul:GP ratio for chaos.
Jopie211
I'm sure this would take ages, but nice find. pixel avvy by me deviantART
ante510
When you are getting an owergrowd cat is it just to feed him all the time then or do you need to wait until he says he is hungry?? Help me cast spells donate 3k or runes every 15min to The kuks
sheep455_is_the_best
^ When you get an Overgrown Cat, just bank it. You Shouldn't have it with you, if you have it following you, Gertrude will not sell another Kitten. [Whip drops: 13]
calum12
surely it doesn't need to be overgrown. I thought you could sell grown cat's to the ardy citizens for 100 deaths, just the same. Hmmm.... I need a new siggy, get round to doing it later. Probably.
sheep455_is_the_best
^ You can't have more then 1 Cat, but you can have more Overgrown ones. [Whip drops: 13]
