I'm not too into the great lengths these guys went to blow their own trumpet, but it seems like a very useful item.The fact that multiple blades of different sizes comes standard helps, too. Something like this would be good for a backup weapon, or even close range. Not too sure about its ability to block a normal sword, though. I'm only about 25% into the guide according to the kindel, but from what I've read, Solanum or however you spell it is centered in the frontal lobe, so not only would you have to hit the brain, but somewhere in the forehead region.
