January 2, 200818 yr I go to Michigan, so of course I watched the game. This was so huge for the team, and was especially great since we weren't favored to win. I'm glad the seniors finally got a bowl game win, and Carr got to leave on a good note. It was great seeing him so happy and relieved after winning the game. The end of the season (and really the whole season) was a mess, so it was really good ending the year like that.

You guys lost four games this season! There's no reason you should've been in a bowl game at all. You lost to Appalachian State, Oregon, Ohio State, and Wisconsin. Plus, the "we beat them and they beat you, so we're better than you" is almost never a valid argument. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.

They were able to beat Illinois, who ended up beating Ohio State. But then they lost to Western Michigan (please note, I am NOT hating on Iowa, they were just having a *very* inconsistent season). And also, Michigan deserved to go to a bowl game. Everything isn't based on records you know >_>. And also it only requires 6 wins for a bowl game... Wow, I just realised how many times I've edited this XD
