jackalope14
I have been in the rocky mountains in Colorado. It was really fun and although I'm afraid of hights I still loved it. We drove on some pretty high cliffs and everyone would get out of the car and look over the edge except me. :ohnoes:

maxiemumu
Mt. beirdstadt, a 14er, not sure exactly how tall, but yeah. Out her in colorado we've got lots of 14ers :D. We hiked beirdstadt, and then rock climbing like 30 feet free soloing, and 60 ft on rope, 5.12. Only 27.. RIP Kurt Cobain, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, and Janice Joplin. Maybe its common knolwledge that I should know but have just never heard of  . Just curious :)

So, even if a mountain is say 14,684ft. it's just called a 14er. Only 27.. RIP Kurt Cobain, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, and Janice Joplin.

Oy_the_Great
I used to be in a climbing club, and we went to climb the Mont Blanc. So that's the highest I've ever been; 4808 metres. Of course I've been twice as high while flying to America; but I guess that doesn't count. And I've also been twice as high in other circumstances. Went up to the lip of the crater but didnt go inside cause the path was very steep and unstable being a volcano and all... Militaris
The highest I can say for certain would be mt Riley at 1314m, although I have climbed mt Robert which is 1421m (But not sure if I was on the summit, was during a storm so had other things on my mind) Also climbed part of the way up a few other mountains, because I did not reach the peak my exact height is unknown. Edit Just found that Mt Patriarch was higher then the other two, it is 1656, but it was kind of cheating because we drove about halfway to the top and there was a dirt road 90% the way up. I suspect mt Riley would of been a higher climb. I have also climbed a good distance up mt aicken, peak 1858. Although, did not reach the peak due to not having the right equipment and leaving to late in the day. mine was about 2000meters, up on a mountain here in new zealand called mt ruapehu If you reached the summit it would be 2,797 metres (9,175 feet). Hobgoblin11
D of E award, climbed Sca-fell pike by mistake  One wrong turn and we were going uphill instead of downhill, and we were too kncackered to realise! Anyhows, we were supposed to camp out by Styhead tarn at about 700 metres, instead we climbed to the top of Sca-fell, didnt realise where we were, stood on top, saw that we were on the highest point that we could see and though, 'Hmm, this aint it'! So, we climbed to a little over 3000 feet, and camped out at about 2800 feet, on a hill, in the snow, with an estuary flowing under our tent, and 4 big guys sharing a 2 man tent (for warmth). Good times! 99/99 Fletching, 99/99 Cooking, 96/99 Strength
