2. broken hitboxes, broken damage ratio, broken weight (yes, hes like what 4th heaviest?), broken KOing attacks, which is basically everything he has. Broken recovery, and broken glitching recovery. Ermm... DDD has infinites on 5 characters, chaingrabs on most, extremely long reach, speed, KO power, and offstage ability. Pikachu and CG fox to 70+%. Metaknight. Sakurai missed a lot, again, isolating Snake when he is a member of a much bigger problem.

 

 

3.Camping means running away the whole game while attacking them to get up damage, stalling is getting a kill and running away.. Camping is making the opponent approach, Stalling means running away after a 1% advantage.

Oh wow. I'm having serious problems Chain Jacketing with Sheik.

 

 

 

Everytime I go for the Jacket, I mistime it. I know you gotta let out the chain right after you reach the top of the jump but #-o

 

 

 

And when I do get the timing right (isn't often admittingly) Sheik seems to automatically withdraw the chain. That doesn't happen when I time it wrong.

 

 

 

....Stupid chain jacket....anyone got any hints for me? I really wanna get this right. :pray:

My brother always camps with toon link spamming his nooby projectiles so i have to get close but everytime i do he Ub's me and i get stuck in it. with luigi i can dominate him whenever he is not doing this, but when he is i can't get around it. If it works off the edge you might get some cheap KO's with it on chars like Bowser, DK, etc, but other than this it doesnt seem epic.

B) Approach.

 

 

 

If you choose B, if he does his upb on your then DI and punish. I like to DI to the right/left and up. And if you're Luigi, you might be able to smack a nair in between his upB when you DI. :thumbsup:

DI=Directional Influence. Every attack has it. Whenever you do an attack, you have the chance to influence which direction you move in the air (hence the name). When you are launched, the idea is to DI your fastest aerial move and move your character toward the 2 corners of the screen. That way, you need to fly farther to get KO'd and your chances to survive are higher.

 

 

 

If you wanna try it out, take MK (don't kill me for saying that Ray :P ). When you are at about 100% and get launched, keep doing your Uair attack 3-4 times. You will move to the upper corners and most likely not die (unless you get RPG'd by Snake or something). That's the idea. It's most evident in MK and Marth (fair for Marth), but I personally think DI helps MK the most, esp. since right after you can go into a glide and get back onto the offensive.

 

 

 

Punish is simply unleashing your attacks on your opponent after they finish an attack with huge cool down lag. Ex. If your opponent is Lucas and does an usmash. There's a huge window of him when he is helpless, and you can take advantage of this time to do whatever you want. If he's at a low percent, you can set up a combo, like Chain Jacket with Sheik (still can't get it right! :evil: ). If he's at a high percent, you'd probably want to charge a smash.

Not entirely sure, but I think it's using a projectile to make the other guy DI badly and therefore allowing easier KOs. It's a type of mindgame.

 

 

 

One of the more common one's is with Mario/Luigi's fireballs. You purposely miss with them to get your opponent moving into a bad position where you can KO them or they KO themselves.

Actually, this isn't DI, DI is when you push a direction on the analog stick, and you'll fly in that trajectory. You're thinking about SDI.
