It is based on total level first, it can't be based on individual skills/mini game ranks. For it to be based on something like that you would need to make a new list for each skill/mini game. The list off Runehead can only hold up to 500 members at a time, and in this case its based on total level. Good luck on making the list in the future :). However once you get onto the list you will be able to compare yourself with the top 500 p2p Tip.iters, in any of your stats, or mini games.
