Ed Hardy i'm guessing

correct. my friend at work gave me 5 of his ed hardy shirts that he doesn't wear anymore cause they are "old styles". so i was like "hell yeah i'll take them" so yeah. i got like $500 worth of shirts for free.

I know it's off topic, but are those shirts stiff in the front? With all that designs and crap having to be sewn in/pressed on, it looks like the front might be a bit thick and stiff.

Ah, so the shirt isn't the only things that's flaccid. :P

But okay thanks, was just curious.

On forums it's tough to tell. I just threw the little gender thing into my location, because other than putting a picture of myself as my avatar, there's not much else I can do.

I actually took this picture by mistake with my phone, funnily enough I was only testing out its sepia option my examining myself from the front of my phone but thought it was a decent face-forward shot of me. Ridiculous contrast was the result of my own feeble attempt to balance it all out; somehow my face ended up looking WAY darker than my body and I just looked silly. :P

Don't be so hard on yourself, you look fine. Although I'm aware 92% of the time people say things like that to get reactions just like this from people...

92% of the time I'm in the minority; I know I look fine. :) Haven't seen a new picture of you in a while.

Then why say things like looking at the image may damage your eyes. :P

I'll try and post a picture whenever there's a good one of me. I want one with me playing my guitar. :anxious:

I'm not sure why but I always seem to do it, I guess it just seems healthy to me to be able to poke a little harmless fun at yourself every blue moon. Half the time I don't even expect people to notice my posts.

Anyhow yeah, then you can show off your wickedy-awesome face and gee-tarrr at the same time. (H)

Takes really long typing with one hand

I see what you did there.

I imagined the guy in your avatar saying that.

Yeah. In regards to istolethepie's comment.

Reverse compliments don't work, and the end result is usually the poster wanting to score points. Which then inevtiably evolves into a argument with other male forum members, albeit surreptitiously, discussing the "person" in question. Has happened countless times. All hilarious to watch.

Usually the amount of chatter is a direct proportional to how attractive they are. Examples ?

I wasn't aware that a harmless quip at yourself could cause such an uproar, I also had no idea some people analyzed so intensely.

Haha. Not at you, but the people who jump on the bandwagon in racking up pages and pages of useless "discussion". Caused by a single person's comment then another, and another trying to fix it to appear to be more sensitive, intelligent, etcetera.

Or just being shallow.

Whether I'm reading too much into this, I don't know. :-k

But, this is currently the most exciting thing in Off Topic, as of now.

Oh, and Dusty, when I said - "I see what you did there."

I intended to add - :shame:

I guess I see what you mean Adrenal. But I can guarantee I was never trying to let her down softly. I was telling her she looked fine, but also noting that people put themselves down *usually so they get compliments. And the "useless chatter" was just 3 posts (until my comment was analyzed). You're reading far too much into it.

I was never trying to let her down softly.

Yeah. That "let down softly" was a result of 3 things, and it's end result was me not making too much sense. Caused by :

1.) Me trying to make a joke

2.) Me being facetious.

3.) Faitality is already  hence no need to "let her down" [as in, "break it to"]

Yeah. 1AM here, sleepy time. G'night all.
