If I took one at the beach wearing a bathing suit and no shirt, I'm sure it'd be fine. I don't see why this one wouldn't. I don't think I am offending anyone. Pictures whilst at a beach/swimming pool at fine as that attire is to be expected, but taking a picture of yourself before you hop into a shower just to post on here is not so appropriate, you can quite easily just throw on a shirt ;) .
